Definitely look into having some sort of amplified voice changer installed. There should already be a lot of information about how they do it for storm trooper cosplays online so that will cut down on the time to produce it.

The whole build looks awesome, but the fact that there is nothing covering the joints is weird.
they also cover the joints in -game with the suit you wear under it and the parts are then put together by some sort of hard rubber...
