If you've selected "use my preference emphasizing" every change you make under the advanced 3D settings are obsolete and make no difference, in order for the settings you select under 3D settings to take effect you have to select "use the advanced 3D image settings" there's no way you are not aware of this. Selecting "use my preference" is doing exactly that, it's telling Nvidia you prefer performance so it automatically makes the changes for performance. Half of the video is pointless.

If you turn off the anisotropic filtering instead of application controlled it's going to look much worse though.
Just saying 3D setting actually are not working cause you have it set to performance and not checked on 3D settings
