John McCormack - Sonny Boy (1928)

"Sonny Boy" was from the Al Jolson film "The Singing Fool" and written by Buddy G. DeSylva, Lew Brown and Ray Henderson. It was recorded by John McCormack on November 19, 1928.
This is a recording from McCormack's Electrical Era. The complete recordings from 1925-1942 will be issued on a 16 CD set with the transfers being done by recording restoration expert, Ward Marston.
