Gentlemen, We desi people are like that. Whatever the street food, this has been going on for centuries and 99.9% are Ok with it. The dust, the other impurities in the food are a part of it. And hardly any significant number of people have been affected by it. Just chill and enjoy it. Too much of sterile food is also not good for our immunity systems.

And I also believe we should ban paan in public places. And baan in Panipuri is because of bad quality water of that places , not anything related to the process. And Sarso ka tel is good I think. We can't conclude anything test in those mouses.
