Sending sunshine from Florida ☀️ great job on Holly Hobby.. looks great! Love The Billy Goat’s Gruff pattern, looking forward to seeing it! Happy you got to see the Comedian too! Find another one or show in Bergen. Thanks for the floss tube! 💖
What a cute finish on Holly Hobbie. That brings back memories. It sounds like youre really settling into your new job, but i completely understand how it can be exhausting. Sending sunshine/warmth wishes your way!
I just love Home In The Mountains - this is so beautiful. Love all of your WIPS - they are so pretty. Congratulations on your beautiful Finish - she is so pretty. Take Care & Happy Stitching ❤️🤗🧵🪡🧵❤️
Hello Meghan! Your Queen of Silk is pretty huge! 😮 The colors are amazing and your stitching is lovely and neat! Congrats on your Holly Hobbie finish! She looks so precious. 🥰💐 Congrats on your new job!
Hi Meghan, take care of yourself hunni 😘 I was a pallative care giver a few years back and know what your going through its tough, hang in there and take plenty of space for yourself 💜💜 loved your stitchy progress , one stitch at a time ! xx
The Holly Hobbie finish is beautiful!!! I had that image as a puzzle when I was young and I loved it so much, especially the apron. ❤ For framing, I like to use a tutorial by Elizabethanncanstitch. Her tutorials are always wonderful. She uses foam board and pins. And thank you so so much for the shout out!!! Yippee!!! I am so glad that you have enjoyed my videos as I sure love to watch yours. ❤❤❤
Just love the Holly Hobby you made for your daughter. If you are nervous about framing it yourself, have you given any thought to possibly finishing it as a bell pull? I’ve seen people using a wooden branch for the dowel, which looked really nice… just a thought. Happy stitching!🪡🧵
Hello! Great video, and congrats on the finish! 👏 The framing method I like I learned from Elizabeth Ann Can Stitch - the video is called "How to Frame Cross Stitch! A look at how I frame my needlework at home". Hope that helps!
Thanks for the shout out! Your queen of silk is amazing!! Kits can be really tricky. I'm usually really conservative with my floss and I've had floss run out on dimensions kits. Could you tweed your last bit with the floss that they sent? That way you won't see a huge difference between flosses.
Great stitching. For framing check out Elizabeth Ann Can Stitch's tutorials she pins her designs. It sounds like Norway and Newfoundland are fighting over the Worst Spring trophy, it's been rain, drizzle and fog and we are happy if the high hits 7.
Holly Hobby came from greeting cards in the late 40''s after this Holly Hilton made them into Cross Stitch patterns which she sold personalized starting in the late 60's (shortened way down for comments) Just an FYI
Your stitching is beautiful. I worked in a long term health facility for many years. I was a nurse, but handled the paperwork/computer work for the facility. My heart goes out to you. I know how hard the patient care team worked. You are a special person to be able to do this kind of work. You are making a difference in so many lives. The burnout rate is very high. Please be kind to yourself, and know that everyone who works in health care is supporting you 100%. If you need to walk away, do that, knowing your time spent there, offering care and kindness, will always be remembered. ❤
Love your videos! The Brooks Books piece is really beautiful! How’s the weather right now in Norway? It’s been pretty crummy here in the Detroit area. I can’t wait till spring comes and decides to really stay :-)
Queen of Silk is so beautiful. Love your Floss Tube and all your updates. Thanks so much.😊
Thank YOU so much! 😊
Love your finish and your progress on your wips. Happy stitching!

Thank you! I did start Billy Goats yesterday, just a small start, but something! Yeah, we need to get out more 😂

Thank you! That'd be a fun puzzle 😄 Pinning sounds like a much easier way to do it - will have to see what I can find! And you're welcome 😊

I do like those wooden dowels, and I will do that for some things. But I really want to learn framing, so we'll see! 😊
I may be late to the party this week, but wouldn’t miss for the world 🎉❤

Thanks! Yeah, they can be stingy! I’m just going to find the match from my stash, but good suggestion 😄

Thanks, so many people have mentioned that one! Ugh I hope it gets warmer for you, too soon! ☀️
Kitten Stitcher has a video showing how to frame by pinning.
Thanks!
