Montre is like a skater out of time. He embodies the smooth style of the 90’s, the go-big-or-go-home style of the 2000’s, and the technical style of current skating all in one criminally underrated skater. Why he’s never mentioned amongst the all-time greats is beyond me. You can tell this dude lives and breathes skating.
@@kevincollins8620 I know he wins a lot of comps, and he has a definite media presence, but I never see his name pop up alongside names like Broskow, Shima, Aragon, Haffey, or Julio. Regardless, though, the kid rips
@@eyespy3001 I do know what you mean low key. Time hasn't passed enough and Montre skated for Shima for a while. The list of greats of all time is like a top 25-50. I think it might be his sections that people can't get over the music with keep his name from being mentioned. But he's easily one of the most consistent. His name is next to Franky.
@@kevincollins8620 No lie, I was thinking Franky Morales (especially because I’m in Miami), but the names I listed weren’t necessarily my top whatever. They’re just the names I’ve seen the most on a consistent basis over the years. But, in my opinion, Franky is right there with Montre in the Not-Talked-About-Enough category.

He is. He's top 10. Top 5.

@@eyespy3001 you didn't even name franky who is before Broskow... so we forget all the insane talent.
