Hey tinny I had to on redo the king pins on the trike and I am trying 26 "backwheel with 8 speeds . Iam restoring a 1962 schwin corvette a put a spinger front end . Have happy 4th to you and your 2 ladys god bless george ( 1 oldbider )
I am getting ready to start my first trike build. I found some plastic wheels, brand new, for a bike trailer. They are stout and true. They have integral hubs. I think I can mount a disc on the wheel easily. Do you know if plastic wheels would be okay?
If they are stiff enough to take the side load. Have a bearing that can except an axle at least 1/2 inch and are not too heavy as well as a free rolling slim tire.
Excellent information, congratulations. Thank you.

what hubs are those in those front wheels?
They were purchased from Chopper US and i think take 12mm axles and cost about $25 each
