When I saw your first video by chance two days ago, I did not really understand your position and I became angry at your behavior and made a bad comment, but I deleted it later after watching several videos from your wonderful channel.. I truly apologize to you and I appreciate what you are doing.. You are a man who gets things done. On his rights against everyone's will and in accordance with the law.. 15:28 - I agree. I will say I think the main part I respect is him making the distinction that it was THEIR concern when it came to filming the desk area. Didn’t challenge you on the technicalities. And I like how none of them tried to copsplain or play the ego game of waiting for you to leave or try identifying you.
So minus the Karen and the employees, it was a solid audit for sure. Great job.
And for the merch, idk if I reached out but I make merch ads for different brands and can show you them. I wanna do yours for free though since RUclips did make changes with how links are treated and it’s annoying. Plus it looks phenomenal and think it’ll help make sure ppl go there to cop some. I definitely will when I save up

In my experience over the decades talking to anyone who is a family member or friend whose credit card got hacked it usually happened by an employee where a purchase was made. One example would be my son went from Pennsylvania to Maryland beach resort. He used his credit card only to buy fuel at one location. Amazingly when he got his credit card bill there were hundreds of dollars worth of alcohol purchases from Maryland and Virginia. The only time that credit card was used in the past month was for that gas purchase. Other gas purchases came from the company credit card which he normally used. It could have been a credit card reader who knows.

No critical thinking skills by these public servants whatsoever. If someone wanted to steal someone’s CC… eyeballs and a pen and paper is all you’d need…. Or just eyes and a decent memory tbh. TTA..Love your videos bro, & the fact that you always maintain a calm disposition, even when either the Police and/or Public Servants attempt to violate your 1st Amendment Protected Rights to film in public & from publicly accessible areas. What never ceases to amaze me is how many USPS employees continue to be ignorant of their own Poster 7, which very specifically outlines the 1st Amendment Rights of citizen journalists to legally film inside the post office. As more & more USPS employees continue to violate the people's 1st Amendment Rights to film, more & more litigation is initiated, costing the taxpayers large settlements which in turn raises their taxes.
It's an unnecessary Merry-Go-Round of ignorance and stupidity, perpetrated by both uninformed Police & USPS employees who, as I've said, are oblivious of their very own Poster 7.
    Just amazing.
In the meantime James, keep terminating those tyrant idiots.

*_Poster 7 explained_* - _see the problem people have in comprehending the text of USPS Poster 7 is... the subject areas and conditions._
*Note: the section in Poster 7 concerning "Photography for News", it covers three "Subject Areas" (SA#) and two "Conditions" (C#) ;*
    _(SA1) - Photographs for News,_
_(C1) - entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums when used for public meetings_
    _(C2) - Other photographs_
    _(SA2) - Advertising,_
    _(SA3) - or Commercial Purposes._
_Let's review the subject areas, and their conditions._
_USPS Poster 7 (Aug 2016) text:_
*Photographs for News (SA1), Advertising (SA2), or Commercial Purposes (SA3)*
*(SA1)* Photographs for news purposes may be taken in
*(C1)* entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums when used for public meetings except where prohibited by official signs or Security Force personnel or other authorized personnel or a federal court order or rule.
*(C2 & SA2, SA3)* Other photographs may be taken only with the permission of the local Postmaster or installation head.
_(The last sentence deals "Only" with _*_"(C2) Other photographs"_*
_IE: _*_"Advertising (SA2), or Commercial Purposes (SA3)"_*_ as (SA1) and its condition (C1) was already covered._
_Where readers misinterpret the last part of the first sentence covering (SA1) & (C1) is when they encounter the word_ *_"except."_*
(We will refer to that as the *_"exception.")_*
_The _*_"exception",_* which is *_"Except Where Prohibited",_* indicates that it has to be _"already prohibited" or is "being prohibited";_ again, *_where prohibited._*
▫️ _NOTE that:_ *(SA1)* "Photographs for news purposes may be taken in"
_Clearly establishes "that photographs may be taken."_
▫️ _And note that:_ *(C1)* "entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums when used for public meetings"
_Clearly establishes where "photographs may be taken in."_
    ● An _"Authorized Personnel"_ or _"Employees Only"_ sign or placard meets the *_"Except Where Prohibited"_* guidance.
IE: [except where _{in any of those places it is}_ prohibited by official signs or Security Force personnel or other authorized personnel or a federal court order or rule.]
Again, the key words are: *_"Except Where Prohibited"..._*
    ● by offical signs
▫️IE: an _"Authorized Personnel"_ or _"Employees Only"_ sign or placard.
    ○ Currently there is no Legal Signage prohibiting news photography in public areas.
    ● or Security Force personnel
    ○ Can only restrict photography or stop someone from doing it in an "authorized/restricted" area per the USPS "Rules and Regulations Governing Conduct".
    ● or other authorized personnel
    ○ Can only restrict photography or stop someone from doing it in an "authorized/restricted" area per the USPS "Rules and Regulations Governing Conduct".
    ● or a Federal court order or rule prohibits it.
    ○ Currently the Federal Courts and the CFR allows news photography in public areas.
The CFR, the DHS Order of 2018, the USPS POM, and the USPS Poster 7 all allow news photography in public areas. Cause: the *_"right"_* to take pictures or video in public areas has already been clearly established by the courts and the government/courts can not confirm a *_"right"_* then place restrictions that take that *_"right"_* away in its entirety.
Even 41 CFR § 102-74.420 (linked below) clearly verifies photography is allowed for news purposes in the public areas. And the CFR is the Controlling federal regulation for Poster 7.
