How to fix a saggy subfloor

How to fix a saggy subfloor ‪@GrantKeysProperties‬ . This was a subfloor sagging tenant call. They were aware of the issue when moving in and we set up a timeframe to get it done and this was that day. I hop it is helpful for others as well. This was a fairly easy issue overall and could have been much much worse. Thank you! Yes, me too! Sometimes people pay contractors over a thousand dollars for something like this because they will go under not tell the people the actual situation. They will waist time and fiddle around and then crawl out dirty and say that will be $1,400 instead of $500 because of the extra work to fix it. It happens. But if you at least look at it, you can find out if it needs extensive work or if it is something simple. Like this here!
