It’s a commit or eat shit type deal just try to not focus on anything but what’s in front of you whether it be a tree a pole anything that’s more than 15 feet in front of you and just lean forward. Put your hands forward like you’re praying and that’s the way I learned
Your core should remain straight. I see a lot of side to side with your arms flapping. It’s just giving you an off-balance feeling try putting your hands on your side by your legs and leaning forward and just using your hips and your legs to make you move from right to left.
