Think you’re doing a great job man; thanks for another awesome story. So many channels with AI narration these days, I can’t stand ‘em. Refreshing to hear a human voice.
Wow, if you don’t like Ben Tuckers narrations then just keep it to yourself. This was a good narration and I had no issue staring off into space and listening to it for the full hour straight. Can’t imagine the need to comment “I don’t like this”. Just don’t listen and move on
Wow. This is probably the worst narration I ever heard. I more felt like I was listening to a TV-sports commentator, than a guy reading an audio-book. I had to stop after just 10 minutes, which is a shame, since the story seemed good.
@@jontisdall6248 I can see that being a viable solution. I'm just now listening to his previous narration of "The Moon Men" and it's much better, in my opinion. I imagine that there were complaints about his moderate pacing and monotone delivery in that one and the reaction was the more harried, staccato delivery of this one, but I'm enjoying his narration of "The Moon Men."
Nice, thank you. 😁
I slowed the narration for easier listening.

Glad you like them! We feature real voice actors since June 2021 :)
I mean no praise to ben tucker but i thought his narration of this story was exellentay, thanks for the stories
I love vintage sci-fi
DARPA would have been all over this guy.
He was talking about shag harbor i think when he references the beings working on the ship under water
Why! Would! Anyone! Dramatize! Every! Word! In! A! Sentence! At! Double! Speed!
Horrific.
Dark cosmos is my daddy
WHATEVER Happened to "Stay Cosmic" ?????
We have a different intro for the classic stories :) don't worry, we still say at the end of each classic tale!

I mean no offense to Ben Tucker, but I really don't care for his narrations.
Agreed.
I found it more tolerable when played at three quarter speed. Not an ideal solution, but better.

I thought he did a great job
I set audio speed at x0.90 and it almost sounds normal. Idk what was the narrator thinking
Narrator very hard to listen to
