@@isma1079 I didn't have loose skin or bingo wings really, but toned them up entirely. I have stopped these exercises but I have progressively increased the intensity of the workouts so I haven't 'put on' anything. Just gradually losing more. *Though, these can very well help you tone up or tighten the bingo wings. Yes, if you stop doing any workout and have a bad diet, you'd gain again.*
I've been doing this 5 times already and I'm seeing pretty good results, my arms got a little bit skinnier and my shoulders are more toned. I will keep doing this workout until I am fully satisfied with the results 🥰
@@radhikat5963 Hi, i've been doing it 5 times last week and only once this week, I still have a bit of batwings but in my opinion it does work to reduce it and if you do this workout regularly then you may notice you arms have gotten a bit skinnier. I hope this helped.

Some tips ! 1. While going towards the gravity, slow down the movement and while going against it , use all ur mental strength to strain a particular muscle to lift up ur limb. 2. Stand with a distance equal to ur shoulders. and give a slight bend in ur knees. not much bend... a slight one... so that ur feet are not helping u take ur limb against gravity. u can modify as per ur convenience

For anyone who has back pain, find a comfortable sitting position to do this routine or lean your back on a chair/couch/bed. Omg I’m shocked 😳 I swear I noticed the difference from the first time, not just the fat in my armpits, but my arms! @@isma1079 With the balanced diet and brisk walk your arms will stay toned but once you stop doing the workout don't completly stop it or start doing light workout of arms daily that will keep them toned up.

Tried all of it . Feeling sore as I started working out after 2 years now . I was a dancer and I had a tonned super flexible body but now I gained lot's of fats in several areas . These exercises were literally brutal as my hands started shaking after half of the exercises . Couldn't do the last exercise i.e. wall pushups Hope it brings good results😊
it will give you good results , i tested this workout multiple times ...i gained and lose fat in arms multiple times to test which exercise works ..but for arms this is the one which worked for me..
This is an awesome workout for the chest and upper body.. The moves are so effective! I think if you went slower and concentrate on squeezing the muscle and concentrating on that muscle it would be even more effective.
Hey guys, I’ve chosen to start this workout because I am not the biggest fan of my upper arms and chest area. So I will be updating this every day to help you guys know if it’s worth it!!! Day 1: I did it after an ab workout and it burned!! I was able to do and finish the whole workout xx Day 2: Today it burned much more than yesterday, I have no idea why but yeah. I had great results from 'this workout' and 'small waist + muffin top workout'. I have been doing this 2 workouts continuosly for the past month (took 3 dys break coz of my period). My shoulder is toned, arms also, my bra bulge is entirely gone and my obligues are visible now. I ll give my before and after measurements (in inches). My current weight is 49kg , height is 153 cm. Before Arms : 11 (R), 10.5 (L) Armpit chest width : 33 Breast : 34.5 Waist : 28.5 Tummy : 30.5 Hips : 37 After Arms : 10.4 (R), 10 (L) Armpit chest width : 31.5 Breast : 34 Waist : 27 Tummy : 29 Hips : 36 Note : I had no visible results for the first two weeks so i was really disappointed but gradually i could see how my body was changing, so plz continue doing whichever workout u started with, u will definetly get those toned body. Allyschia Chan I followed the challenge the way it is presented. I did it once a day. But if you want better improvement I heard that you can do it twice a day. I did it only once a day because of other things in my schedule. My advice: just follow the daily workout plan of the challenge and have a clean diet. This is what I did and got results. Also drinking lots of water.

Hi I’ve done this twice a day everyday for about two weeks now, taking one day off every week. Before my armpit fat was like two lumps if that makes sense, and then like no real definition when I flexed and if I shook my arm over my head it would jiggle for like four seconds. Now when my arm is pressed against my side there’s a little bump and without flexing there’s a clear muscle bump over my bicep. It works guys! I did twice a day back to back with a day off and don’t change my diet :) lmk if you have questions

Tried all of it . Feeling sore as I started working out after 2 years now . I was a dancer and I had a tonned super flexible body but now I gained lot's of fats in several areas . When you do the movement, imagine that you're pushing the air as if it's solid, you'll feel your muscles. It's a group of muscles we're not used to acknowledge, it's common that we can't identify that specific part to work
I started a workout routine trying the most recommended RUclips fitness channels. Hana Milly is so far one of my favorites! She explains the actual body and she’s easy enough to follow but challenging enough to see and feel results fast. Highly recommend!
These exercises were literally brutal as my hands started shaking after half of the exercises . Couldn't do the last exercise i.e. wall pushups

it will give you good results , i tested this workout multiple times ...i gained and lose fat in arms multiple times to test which exercise works ..but for arms this is the one which worked for me..
This is an awesome workout for the chest and upper body.. The moves are so effective! I think if you went slower and concentrate on squeezing the muscle and concentrating on that muscle it would be even more effective.
I highly recommend this workout, i have done it only once and it really works. Great workout if you have a body type that is „bulky”.
Oh my God this is hard but I will stay at it. I took more breaks with this workout than I did for ab workout :)

I’ve chosen to start this workout because I am not the biggest fan of my upper arms and chest area. So I will be updating this every day to help you guys know if it’s worth it!!!
Day 1: I did it after an ab workout and it burned!! I was able to do and finish the whole workout xx
Day 2: Today it burned much more than yesterday, I have no idea why but yeah. I know there is no way but I feel as though I saw a difference in my under arm (or it could have just been the sports bra I was wearing ha hahah)
Day 3: Hurt like hell but was able to get through it!!!!!!
Day 4: Absolute pain but is ok to get through. Today i decided to not only do this but do her program too; which is completely free!!

I have been doing the exercises on this channel to lose arms and back fat for a little over a week now and I’ve gone from 14 1/2 inches around my arm to 12 1/2 inches! 😮 I’m looking forward to continuing the exercises, and I’ll leave my progress in the comments ever once in awhile

I had great results from 'this workout' and 'small waist + muffin top workout'. I have been doing this 2 workouts continuosly for the past month (took 3 dys break coz of my period). My shoulder is toned, arms also, my bra bulge is entirely gone and my obligues are visible now. I ll give my before and after measurements (in inches). My current weight is 49kg , height is 153 cm.

Allyschia Chan I followed the challenge the way it is presented. I did it once a day. But if you want better improvement I heard that you can do it twice a day. I did it only once a day because of other things in my schedule.
My advice: just follow the daily workout plan of the challenge and have a clean diet. This is what I did and got results. Also drinking lots of water.
I have started these exercises which benefited me a lot. One problem I face during the exercise is that I feel high pain in my armpits. Please suggest me what I should do for this to reduce the pain. Thanking you so much

Hi I’ve done this twice a day everyday for about two weeks now, taking one day off every week. Before my armpit fat was like two lumps if that makes sense, and then like no real definition when I flexed and if I shook my arm over my head it would jiggle for like four seconds. Now when my arm is pressed against my side there’s a little bump and without flexing there’s a clear muscle bump over my bicep. It works guys! I did twice a day back to back with a day off and don’t change my diet :) lmk if you have questions

I hve done this before 10 days or 15days...and discontinued due to high fever for like 10says...starting again
First day : ✅ hands r trembling....but my shoulder pain due to dance has gone..
2nd day : ✅ my armpits r toned....it was saggy earlier...now it's a little hardened...not trembling or paining like yesterday...
3rd day : ✅ shoulder r feeling relaxed...tricep is reduced by ½ inch or 1....
4th day : ✅ bra bulge has reduced ☺..mom told me I look slim from back....she never told me this for past 2 or 3 yrs😁 thank you hana ❤
