    *It works!!*
    I've been doing this and other three similar workouts from Hana Milly since 2 weeks and the results are fruitful and worthy.
    There is a significant change is the armpit and side breasts region. Also, I feel lighter and can say that my back fat has also reduced.
    For the ones who doubt it or are delaying doing this, just get up and complete this challenge. *When you see the results, you'll pat your own back for not giving up.*

      @@isma1079 I didn't have loose skin or bingo wings really, but toned them up entirely. I have stopped these exercises but I have progressively increased the intensity of the workouts so I haven't 'put on' anything. Just gradually losing more.
      *Though, these can very well help you tone up or tighten the bingo wings. Yes, if you stop doing any workout and have a bad diet, you'd gain again.*

    I've been doing this 5 times already and I'm seeing pretty good results, my arms got a little bit skinnier and my shoulders are more toned. I will keep doing this workout until I am fully satisfied with the results 🥰

      @@radhikat5963 Hi, i've been doing it 5 times last week and only once this week, I still have a bit of batwings but in my opinion it does work to reduce it and if you do this workout regularly then you may notice you arms have gotten a bit skinnier. I hope this helped.

    3 day ✅ ( i did it twice and i'm thinking of doing the whole program after 1 week)

    6 day ✅ (last day tomorrow 😍)

    A progress is still progress no matter how small given the fact that I only did this vid.
    I did the whole workout the last day and it's super hard. I will continue doing this.

    Some tips !
    1. While going towards the gravity, slow down the movement and while going against it , use all ur mental strength to strain a particular muscle to lift up ur limb.
    2. Stand with a distance equal to ur shoulders. and give a slight bend in ur knees. not much bend... a slight one... so that ur feet are not helping u take ur limb against gravity.
    u can modify as per ur convenience

    For anyone who has back pain, find a comfortable sitting position to do this routine or lean your back on a chair/couch/bed. Lower back pain is normal due to daily activities, in addition, add more back workouts to your daily routine to have a stronger spinal cord to support your neck and back #hanamillybackworkouts.

    Omg I’m shocked 😳
    I swear I noticed the difference from the first time, not just the fat in my armpits, but my arms! My arms that I lost hope in bcz I have many strong stretch marks in the skin (just imagine that a single Stretch mark is at least 1 cm wide and my arm is full of it) which makes it so flabby that it is now tight and slim

      @@isma1079 With the balanced diet and brisk walk your arms will stay toned but once you stop doing the workout don't completly stop it or start doing light workout of arms daily that will keep them toned up.

    Tried all of it . Feeling sore as I started working out after 2 years now . I was a dancer and I had a tonned super flexible body but now I gained lot's of fats in several areas . This is my first time joining in your session . Looking forward to get back that shape I had. Will keep updating my status on how it effective it has been to me in this comment. Stay tuned.

      When you do the movement, imagine that you're pushing the air as if it's solid, you'll feel your muscles. It's a group of muscles we're not used to acknowledge, it's common that we can't identify that specific part to work

    These exercises were literally brutal as my hands started shaking after half of the exercises . Couldn't do the last exercise i.e. wall pushups

      it will give you good results , i tested this workout multiple times ...i gained and lose fat in arms multiple times to test which exercise works ..but for arms this is the one which worked for me..

    This is an awesome workout for the chest and upper body.. The moves are so effective! I think if you went slower and concentrate on squeezing the muscle and concentrating on that muscle it would be even more effective.

    Hey guys,
    I’ve chosen to start this workout because I am not the biggest fan of my upper arms and chest area. So I will be updating this every day to help you guys know if it’s worth it!!!
    Day 1: I did it after an ab workout and it burned!! I was able to do and finish the whole workout xx
    Day 2: Today it burned much more than yesterday, I have no idea why but yeah. I know there is no way but I feel as though I saw a difference in my under arm (or it could have just been the sports bra I was wearing ha hahah)
    Day 3: Hurt like hell but was able to get through it!!!!!!
    Day 4: Absolute pain but is ok to get through. Today i decided to not only do this but do her program too; which is completely free!!

    I have been doing the exercises on this channel to lose arms and back fat for a little over a week now and I’ve gone from 14 1/2 inches around my arm to 12 1/2 inches! 😮 I’m looking forward to continuing the exercises, and I’ll leave my progress in the comments ever once in awhile

    I had great results from 'this workout' and 'small waist + muffin top workout'. I have been doing this 2 workouts continuosly for the past month (took 3 dys break coz of my period). My shoulder is toned, arms also, my bra bulge is entirely gone and my obligues are visible now. I ll give my before and after measurements (in inches). My current weight is 49kg , height is 153 cm.
    Before
    Arms : 11 (R), 10.5 (L)
    Armpit chest width : 33
    Breast : 34.5
    Waist : 28.5
    Tummy : 30.5
    Hips : 37
    After
    Arms : 10.4 (R), 10 (L)
    Armpit chest width : 31.5
    Breast : 34
    Waist : 27
    Tummy : 29
    Hips : 36
    Note : I had no visible results for the first two weeks so i was really disappointed but gradually i could see how my body was changing, so plz continue doing whichever workout u started with, u will definetly get those toned body.

    when i first watched this video, i thought it's going to be easy for me but it's super hard😂 but i am determined to lose my flabby arms so i did it twice a day. this is my second day and i just finished morning routine. hope everyone who just started to do workout will be consistent and get a good result !! we can do this guys!!

      @@cutieepie757 hii, yes , not so much on my arm fat but definitely on my bra bulge! I start seein diffrence afta two weeks and i went on.1 meal a day and 1.5 litters off water a day!! After 2 bbys iv seen a diffrence.

      Allyschia Chan I followed the challenge the way it is presented. I did it once a day. But if you want better improvement I heard that you can do it twice a day. I did it only once a day because of other things in my schedule.
      My advice: just follow the daily workout plan of the challenge and have a clean diet. This is what I did and got results. Also drinking lots of water.

    I love this one, might look like an easy workout but I nearly died towards the end! You always find new ways to approach our lazy muscles.. I do exercises every day, but still have muscle groups to target (:

    Day 1- whooowwwww😳😥😥🥵🥵 it burn my arms a lot💪🏼.. i think this workOut is effective..
    i will continue doing this everyday because I really hate my arms and armpit.. fats are hunging on my arms that makes me irritated I need this workOut to get rid those fats.. Thank God I found your Channel Hana..❤️❤️

    Hi I’ve done this twice a day everyday for about two weeks now, taking one day off every week. Before my armpit fat was like two lumps if that makes sense, and then like no real definition when I flexed and if I shook my arm over my head it would jiggle for like four seconds. Now when my arm is pressed against my side there’s a little bump and without flexing there’s a clear muscle bump over my bicep. It works guys! I did twice a day back to back with a day off and don’t change my diet :) lmk if you have questions

    Hello I’m going to try for 2 weeks since I hate my arms and my bra bulge hehe
    start day: 22/04/20
    Day 1: ✅
    Day 2: ✅ (my arms are getting hurt a little)
    Day 3: ✅ ( again little hurt)
    Day 4: ✅ (I could barely feel my bones trembling)
    Day 5: rest day
    Day 6: ✅ (I feel like day 1)
    Day 7: ✅ (again I feel my arms trembling) “I could see kinda difference but not that much”
    Day 8; ✅ (my arms are still trembling like yesterday and I could feel my muscles hurt a little)
    Day 9: rest day
    Day 10: ✅ as usual my arms still hurting like day4
    Day 11: ✅ (02/05/20 I could definitely feel all my upper body hurt and slowly see some difference in my armpits area)
    Day 12I : ✅ still the same as yesterday
    Day 13: ✖️
    Day 14: ✅ my muscles still hurt
    btw I saw some difference thank you for your workout I’ll try this again 😊

    I hve done this before 10 days or 15days...and discontinued due to high fever for like 10says...starting again
    First day : ✅ hands r trembling....but my shoulder pain due to dance has gone..
    2nd day : ✅ my armpits r toned....it was saggy earlier...now it's a little hardened...not trembling or paining like yesterday...
    3rd day : ✅ shoulder r feeling relaxed...tricep is reduced by ½ inch or 1....
    4th day : ✅ bra bulge has reduced ☺..mom told me I look slim from back....she never told me this for past 2 or 3 yrs😁 thank you hana ❤
