Maybe I did not get it well but why dont only pattern the feature directly....

After 5 months my NX student version no longer starts. Error message: Function expired.
I can no longer access my work. And the support told me, i should ask the supportcenter 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Hi - We're sorry you're having such a frustrating experience! Can you please clarify -- WHO advised you to ask the support center? That's normally where we would send you also, because they have specific experts for each version of our products. We're forwarding your issue to the NX team.
