can u make a 6 day split workout? im having a hrd time making a workout split so im doing a upper body monday legs day tuesday skills training wednesday upper body thursday plyometrics friday and skills training saturday
If by skills training you mean the sport you do I think you should prioritize it and do it 5-6 days and on top of that add the conditioning like upper lower split. If it’s too much on the body you could consider alternating days so say Monday Upper, Tuesday Lower, Wednesday rest, Thursday rest, Friday Upper, Saturday Lower But where you choose to place your tests depend solely on you and how your body’s feeling hope this helps
