NishaMadhulika so .....your spoken instructions didn’t match your written instructions .....on the written portion...you wrote 1/2 cup maida but when you were speaking ....you said 4 spoonfuls of maida .....so I wasn’t clear and you didn’t state teaspoons or tablespoons. My other recipe called for baking soda ....which you didn’t use. On your video title It says gulab jamun without mawa.....the recipe was for making mawa then making gulab jamun with it .....checked another recipe and that person even with making mawa did add baking soda. The taste wasn’t bad but they weren’t soft due to the excess maida that you had told the viewers to add. It was extremely misleading and disappointed me.

i just try gulab gamum the problem i got are 1st i think i have put more than 55g of butter because in my measure there is 40g nxt 80g and i fried my gulab gamum in oil instead ghee they did not break but some did crack why is that?and i got 15 in total gulab gamum n i took a lot of time i think while putting the stuffing it cracked

hi...I just try it out nw....I add 1/2cup little less than dat of milk...N 2tablespoon of butter...unsalted butter....I use nido milk powder. ...1/2cup...N made ball...all was gd till there.....after dat deep frying. ..my jamun was stitching to d pan...N n't get up...of d oil...I don't wt went wrong...N my sugar syrup after I put my gulab guman...my syrup...also got hard...after 1hr. ..gulab jamun didn't work out GD with me...I wanted to show u my pic....of gulab jamun....wt u think went wrong...when I taste it also...I was getting milk powder taste....looks like I'm having milk powder. ..
