One thing to consider, is that if a fight is stopped due to an accidental headbutt in the 1st four rounds, the fight is a "no contest", and Rosario would keep the title. If it was stopped after round 5, it goes to the score cards. I think right now, Mashiba is slightly ahead.
For anyone who hasn't realized, Mashiba is fighting the materialized version of his older self. He cheated against Ippo using these same tactics. That demon behind him is welling up and telling him to also cheat, to goad him into being what he once was. I having a feeling he's not going to. He's going to be him using his boxing as this manga is all about learning to be the best boxing version of oneself. He's got this, and he's not going to cheat to do it. Though I do hope he beats this dude into the ground.
