    Hey mate. If you’re struggling with shin splints the best thing I’ve found is to slow your pace because it’s usually down to the pressure your putting on your legs (that’s what I’ve found) glad to see you’re still smashing it!

    Love your videos mate, I've signed up as a Et but a lot of things in limbo because of the virus. Still needing to do my fitness test but slowing getting quicker. Did you need to work on anything else other than push ups sit ups and running?

    What is the minimum time to run the 2.5k for the Royal Navy ?
