OF course the P-51 is "Sluggish" its a propeller aircraft and f-14 is a jet engine aircraft. If you've ever played War Thunder every p-51 ranging from the british Mustang 1A to the P-51 H its going to turn slowly. Now aircraft like the say f-14 or su-27 those will turn fast, especially the su-27. But great planes I love em.

How did you manage to roll the p51 mustang without custom control surfaces?
He probably used keybinded control surfaces
honestly, i prefer using w/a/s/d/q/e for planes, w/s for pitch, a/d for roll, q/e for yaw
they are all really nice but i think the f4 needs to be a bit revamped
