My abs appear quickly about 1 week after I started do this exercise but remember in order to see abs it needs your fat percentage to be low

How do you get the padded part where your feet and ankles are to go down like that? At the gym, it's standing straight up and it makes a 90 degree angle to the bench. I tried to pull the lever, but couldn't figure it out.

My hip flexors and lower back hurts because I was doing them wrong….

Hello Brian Frances, Thanks, I have been doing this exercise wrong. Any advice as to how many reps/sets if I am doing the regular and rotational crunch?

Is it OK to come up say 50 degrees from horizontal with a straight back, and hold it there a second or so before going back down?
Sit ups are really bad for your lumbar spine. You’re putting a lot of pressure on L5. It’s pinching the disc

You need to do upto the limits u can handle,start with few and after that you will built endurance,increase gradually acc to your body.
