    My abs appear quickly about 1 week after I started do this exercise but remember in order to see abs it needs your fat percentage to be low

    How do you get the padded part where your feet and ankles are to go down like that? At the gym, it's standing straight up and it makes a 90 degree angle to the bench. I tried to pull the lever, but couldn't figure it out.

    Was Trying To Teach My GF This But She Couldn't Do Either. Basic. I Explained This To Her Exactly This Way. So I Will Send Her This Video And Maybe She Will Understand. I Tried Like 5-6x And She Started Getting Mad At Me

    Is it OK to come up say 50 degrees from horizontal with a straight back, and hold it there a second or so before going back down?

    Sit ups are really bad for your lumbar spine. You’re putting a lot of pressure on L5. It’s pinching the disc

    went to the gym for the first time sunday
    destroyed my hip flexors going all the way up while being guided by people there
    moral of the story always make sure your taking advice from a trainer

    How come my lower my back hurts so badly when i do these!? :< when i go back down my butt is all bunched up and my back hurts 😭

      You need to do upto the limits u can handle,start with few and after that you will built endurance,increase gradually acc to your body.
