I've got a variegated ficus Benjamina. Well 3 of them as a planting. I've got them as a house plant as they're large but I still do all the bonsai techniques on them and they look so good. You can make them into great trees. I also have a normal one which I fused. You can do so much with them.
@@ScottMatthewsBonsai ruclips.net/video/_a1Y1yXigok/видео.html This is the fusion I've been playing around with for a couple of years. I've not shown the full story to it but you can see how it's getting on and what you can do with them. Just make sure you keep on top of the roots as they like to grow like potatoes. Plenty of pruning will keep them looking right . Enjoy your little ficus Scott.
Hey Scott, if you watched Xavier's video that was a tribute to Tony and had a clip of his Tony's dad, if you're going to be spending money contact him and get one of Tony's trees. I think that the one that he started as a "raft style" would be perfect for you.
@@Lees_Trees that was a couple of days ago I think. God bless Tony and his trees. I'll be contacting Xavier about something else in a week or two so who knows!
Bones and Bonsai, awesome shop!
I always wanted to go and check this out drive pass it all the time it does have some lovely plants 🪴
@nasar112 you must be local to me? Their stock always rotates so you never know what you will find, good for a quick pit stop on your drive haha

@bonsaiexpression have you got any videos on them Christophe? I try and avoid indoor trees because of space primarily, but this one just beckoned me 🤣
