We’ll learn how to make a DELICIOUS challah (easy to use one egg recipe, which was accepted as ‘best’ by a professional baker), kneading either by machine or hand, and learn how to do a simple three-strand braid, or for a ‘fancy’ presentation, do a smaller three-strand braid on top of a larger braid.
