Does anyone remember the 10 yr old Transformers games? Man I miss High Moon Studios so much. At least they’re supporting CoD. I still vividly remember the Metroplex scene to this day. Megatron got destroyed. Ah, the memories.

Nothing hurts more than finding a game you want to play and realizing it’s dead
I wanna play Quake but the moment I decided I wanna play, its corpse was rotting. But as an avid Respawn fan, I believe they can bring the Arena Shooter genre back, just slap some Titanfall movement and gameplay on Halo/Quake and you’ve got a fresh game.
I really hate that Arena Shooters aren’t just dead games, it’s a dead genre. Nothing compares to an Arena Shooter’s speed and map control, plus everyone is on even ground, the only thind dividing you is skill.

@@nahuel6136 yeah, most games now have basically no movement or very simplistic movement. Valorant is mostly walk, stop, shoot. Overwatch is just press button to do a movement.
Yea I miss arena shooters too... all of them now are either shutdown, dead, or filled with hackers you may find a decent lobby but as a new/rusty player you won’t be having any fun or people just stand there doing nothing someone please revive it like with BR

What makes a game bad: no updates and devs don’t care. I feel sorry for the chess bois. They haven’t had any updates... not even a patch
(not related to the joke) but, when Titanfall 2 was released, it wasn't the fact that it was bad, it was because it was released inbetween CoD and battlefield due to EA pushing respawn, it's a shame really it's a great game and I still play it to this day

I just started out on tf2 recently and I have to say the number 1 thing that makes me want to play the game is because of the unique characters, it's a shame that we still have no news on an update
I started playing this year because I always wanted to give it a shot but never got the chance. Fun as hell, but damn they need to do something about the hackers and bots. Recommended to anyone with a least a bit of curiosity.
They still do like, halloween updates, and christmas probably too. I started playing it, and i can see why not a lot of people stop.

Cyberpunk became the victim of that early release too. It wasn't "complete" when it got released but they got pressured because of bad management. It's still alive because of the massive hype it built up over the years.

As someone who has put hours into Overwatch and still play it to this day, I freaking loved Battleborn. you just had to play it once to see how different it was, but sadly the servers got shut down just this past January 2021 :(

Yeah they added some stuff. Yeah the number of players are still small but not as small as they were. If u want a good experience just play with friends it's hilarious... crossplay is out now so there's that
At launch the game had multiple gamebracking and unfair bugs.
The aim assist was op af for console players.
And the wappons and hacks where totaly unbalanced.
Since season 2 the game was totaly polished, balanced and had so much new cool stuff in it.
The devs where constandly improving the game and adding new events, modes, wappons and more to the game.
So because season 2 was so damn good, the players were coming back to the game.
Now in season 3 the game has matches with the same amount of people like a match in Apex.
And it is still growing.
Iam so happy and (even if it sounds weird) proud about this game.

The game was so bad for noobs the sense was so bad I didnt know what to do,as a controller player I expected to hit my shots but no I kept on missing because my ads speed was awful.Even though I changed the settings multiple times I still struggled in the long run
Hyperscape was trash on release imo
The TTK was waaay to long, the guns were mega unbalanced, and the map was boring
There maps looklike same everywhere and the healing process is bad means you have to wait its not in your control and people chase you like anything, l played it for a month along with apex but apex is too good and hyper scape is not at all the competition for other BR available in the market rightnow.

We were EXTREMELY COORDINATED,
The aim settings didn't work when it came out, so we spent hours perfecting our aim with the shit settings
We always had a loadout every game, for example, friend 1 took a skybreaker and a dtap, second friend took a mammoth and the dragonfly, and u took the carbine ar thing, and a mammoth, and we took the same ability every game, I was specifically kitted for cheesing out crown phase

Team Fortress 2 has 84k players online right now. I wouldn't call that a small dedicated playerbase when it's more than what 99.99% of games will ever have.
Two years ago when this video released it was sitting at 100k+ players.

Seriously the comparisons to Overwatch were legit unfair to this game. I only joined in after the F2P change but man, if there was a game deserving the title of "MOBA FPS" it's this one, no other. The only MOBA thing overwatch had was skills being on coolowns and ultimates. That's it.

seeing this is 2021 makes me see how much games have evolved
I actually love Realm Royale for its goofiness, but also it’s strategy such as using the Forge to craft and unlocking part of the mastery skill tree by advancing. I remember playing with my cousins a lot and it was amazing, and became even better with crossplay. It’s saddening to see such a game become much less challenging due to many bots replacing the player base, but it forever holds a place in my heart. Even Paladins was fun for me in a similar way of using a temporary skill-tree in matches, a thing I would love to see in Overwatch and is certainly happening in OW2 story mode. Hi-Rez is such an underrated developer and should focus more on its games prior to Rogue Company and update them because they had many great ideas, but a lack of content in these games declines in player count

Evolve was definitely one of the fastest games to die out. It had a cool concept but it was rushed and executed poorly. Also one monster and a hunter skin would cost like 45$.

YES definitively. I thought it was really fun, and a good idea! I loved those intense fights against a giant monster, everyone working together, but it just want consistent enough with updates.

A volcano, a pirate ship cove, castles, mountains but its a boring city. So they could have a chance to make it a pretty decent size game like rss. If they keep it a boring city it will probably fail. I haven’t played the game in 2 months and I only remember 1 poi. The red lion place. That’s how boring the map is.

I'm so sad that when i came back to Call of Duty Black ops 3 last year, cause i last played it a couple of years ago when a was little, just to see that the servers are not good. I got into a lobby, and the loading screen for a match would show, just to kick everyone out, and nobody being able to play. I'm just sad that, that game that I loved SO much got left by the developers, and is now, at least when i joined back, unplayable.

The gun mechanics were terrible
Ubisoft advertised the game as " A game which only game developers can think of" which made me think this game will be the best BR game and also the game had crazy fast sprinting speed in trailer that hyped me up a lot.
Only to be disappointed by slow sprinting speed, only few special stuffs, and shit gun mechanics. The game was also extremely hard that made me think the game was made focusing on esports.

There are still updates from time to time, I haven't waited for a match more then a minute and the player base is big enough that I get matched against people with the same skill level as me (that being, we still don't know how to think with portals)
portals are like portals to thunk with them you must be the portal yourself you must channel the undying rage to cheese every gunfight by camping by a strategically set up portal that lets you have vision on your enemies at unexpected angles
