If it didn't qualify is because only the audience can vote in the semis. But wait, that's a new rule. Before that, a pro jury could still give points to the semi-finalists so that it still was 50/50 between them and the public vote. Can we agree that they force back the 50/50 in the semis? 'Cause we're not enough as people to vote for real music in this contest, we're outnumbered by casual neighbours relationships between countries.

I‘m really angry that Mustii got punished so hard after his pre-parties although he was sick. After the preparties he was pelted with dirt. I‘m not surprised that this poor guy was extremely nervous today and you can say that his ease was missing. Now people can see what they‘ve done.

He might have been slightly out of tune and not at the voice level he wanted to be, but we have to admit that he gave it all on this performance and transmitted an energy at the end of the song that very few did. He could have entered the finals in the last places and get another chance to prove. Song is great and deserves it. He anyway impacted a lot of people in the industry so in the end, it's a win for his singing future.
Il a déjà conquis toute la Belgique. Il est génial comme chanteur et comme acteur. Sa chanson était la meilleure et l'Eurovision devient de plus en plus ridicule, on ne devrait pas laisser juger le peuple, ce serait plus équitable avec des jurys.

He's kind of annoyingly out of tune. I was didn't watch the semi and remembered to go listen to the musica that didn't make it. From the videoclip I was appalled it didn't pass, but with this live performance I kind of get it

Somehow I expected. He got problems with hos voice and I realized that since pre parties, but the way he fought to the end was absolutely amazing. He didn't gave up.

Belgium not qualifying is the worst scam of eurovision
This is a good song, but the chorus is too repetitive, I understand people preferring other songs.
Mediocre song, no wonder it did not qualify - I would be glad if it replaced Israel though.

The problem was that in the music videos there's auto tune, edition and all the shanenigans, and the performance it's live, so some songs are great in videos but the singer can't carry it live, like hold the notes or sing out of tune the songs end up sounding wrong. U can compare titan and sand videos, both songs are great and perfect, but live the singers were out of tune and couldn't hold the notes so it was flat and bad. Unfortunately that was mustii case, he was the most out of tune of the night and had stage problems so it was sad but right to not qualify.
UK was another one that if didn't had the free finale pass wouldn't classified because Olli was terrible singing it live on the first semi finals.

I was rooting for Mustii since the beginning of the season. What an amazing song, by an amazing artist. It has everything : charisma, elegance, power, good and impactful vocals, and this artsy Belgian vibe that I always look for. If you ever read this Mustii, please know that many people even outside of Belgium are really proud of what you did, and love your song a lot.

I'm glad that boring party ended prematurely for us Belgians. I think Musti had to many wannabee superstar pre parties hollywood style celebrating an early victory in his delusional mind and that impacted his voice on the stage when it mattered. Don't sing out of tune should be a minimal requirement to reach the final and it appears to be so.

It's really a shame that this performance and song didn't make it to the finals. This is currently being talked about in the forums in Turkiye. Sometimes it's really unfair in Eurovision. Among all the songs, this song is among the top 5 performances I liked most.

Je suis extrêmement triste de la non qualification de la Belgique. Sincèrement, c'était la SEULE chanson qui était jolie, recherchée, authentique.

I think sadly the live performance let it down. definitely one of the best songs this year
The song is in insane but he unfortunately he wasn't able to perform it properly. Except for the end part where there was definetely a spark of greatness.
He sang a bit out of tune at the beginning but picked it up towards the end. Loreen also sang out of tune last year but still won the final. This was the best song this year, I still can't believe it was voted off.

The problem with this song is that it is easier killed by bad vocals. It just destroys the vibe of the whole song.
Loreen didn't have that problem because the song still had high energy. And as already said, most singers would love to sing like Loreen sings on a bad day.

No no no! It was so great, i would have voted for it, but sadly i could only vote on tuesday. Maybe the staging was a bit boring, but his performance was very good and the song is defenitly one of the best this year

Belgium didn't qualify because his whisper-singing in the first half didn't allow him to carry a tune. When he goes louder at the second half, that's where his voice truly blooms.

I completely agree, the vocals just werent good enough. I loved the song, i wamted to vote for them but then I heard the live vocals, and i didnt think it was worth it to vote for him.

@@merveyagli7082this was my expected winner of the contest too. I think the only thing that went ring is maybe the staging. The stage looked too empty, he was very bright lightened and his outfit looked not that good. But still, I am shocked she didn't make it

The only singer who actually has an amazing tone! It’s not appreciated by the voters sadly. Same happened with Remo last year in the final! Beautiful tone and song, massively under scored because it’s not ‘camp’

This is the biggest shock for me in eurovision history. Never seen a amazing song not qualifiying, Its a scam because there was at least 4 songs that was incredibly awful but they qualified.. So sad
