What happens if you do CPR and there is no AED? For example: in the woods on a camping trip. How would you start the heart back up?

Bring one with you or wait until emergency services come. Look into becoming an amateur radio operator so you can learn to transmit to another station for them to contact the emergency services if you don’t have cell phone coverage.
