I really don't wanna backseat game here, but after playing the fantasy flight 40k games for suuuuper long, you're gonna wanna grab any gun that has the accurate trait and a red dot sight An accurate weapon with a red-dot sight gives you a +40 to hit if you take a half action to aim (+10 for half action aim, +10 for accurate weapon being aimed, +10 for red dot sight, +10 for a single shot), and, for every 2 degrees of success on a single shot with an accurate weapon, you roll an additional d10 of damage. with that 41 ballistic skill you can actually have a solid sniper without having to do any work, which feeds into the character's narcissistic classist angle, since he has barely any formal training and he's practically a damned ace sniper, so why are all these other cretons so useless?! when really most of what makes them successful is throwing a bunch of cash behind their gun
To 5e this it would most likely be: Awareness, with its "spot items or individuals" is equal to Perception. Inquiry is equal to a social gather information Investigation. Scrutiny would be Insight.
Adam I have done some research and it doesnt exist yet but I think me and you could make the Flak Condom a thing. My projections show there will be some forced sagging due to weight but it will increase girth by at least 50%.

Also dont forget to spend them fate points agressively, as long as your not burning your fate points (using them perminately for larger effects such as avoideding death.) you will get them back at the start of the next session. you would be suprised (or maybe not :P) how often folks just sit on them till the end of a session and use them all on a single roll or so on.

SUPER minor gripe but there's no real reason for Tullus Fabius Cicero to use the name "Tiberius" unless he's actually trying to hide his identity. In general, he would be referred to as Cicero, in formal situations he'd be called Fabius and among friends/family, if there's no one else with he same name he _might_ be called Tullus but usually it would still be Cicero. (P.S. Yes I know the prevalence and use of each of the tria nomina changed over time. This is the most recognised version from the late Republic. There's still no reason, in any point in Roman history, to use a nickname in that way and it makes no sense for Tiberius to be a nickname. It would be like "Alex Robertson the Peter", it just doesn't make sense.)
