They are not bad, what are you talking about? Most authentic Lebenese food outside of Middle East is in Canada. These particular restaurants that he went to in this video are not top ones though, but in Mississauga, Ottawa, Montreal you find amazing authentic Lebenese food, watch his other Canadian videos

i am iraqi i was born and raised in toronto - lawrence ave e is not what it used to be.. many businesses shut down and the ones that remain are run down :(. feel like the majority of the arab community has moved to Mississauga/Oakville. i wish we couldve maintained the vitality of the lawrence ave e arab community like china town, greek town, little italy. but unfortunately it is not the case.

I live near Peoria, Illinois, and we have a Lebanese community that has been here since the 19th century, and new people from Lebanon still immigrate here. If you meet someone in Peoria who is successful, good looking, friendly, intelligent and with dark hair and olive skin, 9 out of 10 times, they are Lebanese.
