    Learning to play in control
(rather than always in 100% power) is the most interesting part in my opinion

I see too many people play with power and get nowhere:)

Omg this the is v grip progression I needed.
I been trying to go straight into the overhead clear, I was really feeling down and beat up because my friend and I thought the first thing to learn was the overhead clear.
    ❤❤❤ thank you so much

Honestly the overhead clear is one of the hardest shot to learn and teach. Not many people realise this.

You got this! A dad told me today how he has gotten so many compliments abiut his daughter v grip after so many years of pan handle. It took one 3 hours session with me hehe. So definitely worth tye effort. People will notice your v grip once you master it.

Definitely use v grip for the front court attack first before learning the overhead clear.
