Omg this the is v grip progression I needed. I been trying to go straight into the overhead clear, I was really feeling down and beat up because my friend and I thought the first thing to learn was the overhead clear. ❤❤❤ thank you so much
You got this! A dad told me today how he has gotten so many compliments abiut his daughter v grip after so many years of pan handle. It took one 3 hours session with me hehe. So definitely worth tye effort. People will notice your v grip once you master it.
Thank you!! Very well explained. Please make more content
Glad you enjoyed it! More to come!
Great session!
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it!
Learning to play in control
(rather than always in 100% power) is the most interesting part in my opinion
I see too many people play with power and get nowhere:)
loved it coach
That is some really interesting technique and really helpful.
Glad you think so! This is Manav forst time trying the V grip for front court. He will get better as we train more.
Nice sir 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Honestly the overhead clear is one of the hardest shot to learn and teach. Not many people realise this.
Thank you so much for this, I am committed to v grip.

Only for Manav.

@@muiawat haha are you doing it wrong?
@ I need to do it in the first place … well at least I know I can keep improving Hahahaah there’s only up from here
Definitely use v grip for the front court attack first before learning the overhead clear.
