To anybody who has Emetophobia or is trying to feel better after vomiting, you can do this! You are not alone, you are going to be just fine. Some tips that personally helped me are: Following the BRAT Diet (Bananas, Rice, Apple Sauce, Toast), Drinking sips of water every 10-15 minutes, laying on my LEFT side, and applying a cold compress on the back of your neck! I hope you all feel better and im sending my regards to you all. I hope someone sees this comment and smiles knowing someone has their back. Have an amazing day everyone.
Thank you, @CureCiel. Your tip of laying on my LEFT side while listening to this lovely music really worked! Many blessings to you, to the creator, and to all who suffer,
Thankyou,I have not vomited but having severe adomnel pain in every ten minutes and feeling nausea which is making me feel restless and an urge to die because of the pain...but thanks for your beutiful message, it keeps me strong...and take care..
@@4fNReal- you got this! I also was struggling with alcohol. It took me blacking out while driving, hitting a pole with my car, totalling my car and hurting myself to stop. I broke my left hip, my left femur, my left and right ankle 😅. I had to learn the rough way.
Another night, another anxiety attack with severe nausea. Reading the posts here makes me feel not so alone with this, if you're reading this, it will pass, hang in there, I promise it will get better. Sending everyone healing vibes and hot tea ☕💕
I have dealt with anxiety and depression for nearly a decade now, along with esophageal ulcers. They go hand in hand into feeding each other negatively. I believe I am currently suffering from another one at only 30 years old. My GI doctor told me this may cut my life in half which saddens me as my daughter is only 2 years old. I want to be here for her, as long as God allows me. Thats the one thing that has given me comfort and peace amidst these storms. God has got this. You are not alone, none of us are. Pray. Just know it will pass and we will get through these things one day at a time. Always here if anyone needs to talk to someone feel free to message me.
@@brandonsilver6759Hey There I just read your comment GOD is a healer he loves you and wants you to be healed just have faith in him and don’t believe or except the doctors report pray and I promise you he will hear you and answer your prayers I watched 4 loved ones at the point of death my daughter and my mom and two of my brothers they all received a miracle from GOD one actually died and came back to life my daughter and my mom the doctors said there was no hope nothing they could do but I refused to except the doctor report I’ll be praying for you 🙏🏽GOD bless you and your family
Just a very desperate and chronically ill emetophobic fellow scrolling into the comments only to find an ocean of unexpected support. Our community (if you can call it that) is so lovely. Hang in there, everyone. You're not alone.
me too. i am sitting in my bathroom shaking right now desperately trying to find some peace. i can’t tell if this is a chronic illness thing or something more serious due to other symptoms. i am terrified. glad to know im not the only one
Woke up with horrible nausea, I'm praying for myself and all you in the comments, sat downstairs with the backdoor open occasionally going out to look at the stars and for air
I have never met anyone else with emetaphobia in my life but seeing all the people here with the same feelings as me makes it easier to rationalise that I’m not “crazy” or “dramatic”. Thank you everyone and I will pray for all the emetaphobic bros’ days to be good. Xx
Thank you. Emetophobia is honestly so debilitating and stressful. I came here a while ago cause I was nauseous due to anxiety. This comment section has really helped a lot :)
I hate emetophobia with my whole heart.. everyday the same thing, nausea and anxiety and more nausea because I’m anxious of throwing up. I made a huge step today and went on a 5 day vacation with my man and for the first time in 4 years i swam again. I didn’t dare to cause of all the people, but i did it. But here i am now in bed trying to release some tension. Have a good night ❤️
There is a huge tribe of us who know exactly how you feel. I’m sorry you are one of us but trust that there are many of us and we know EXACTLY how you feel. You are not strange or the only one…I used to feel that way too. Unfortunately, the reality is that you are one of many of us who have a very sensitive “wiring” system and strong emotions about feeling sick to your stomach. For many of us, we acquired this early on in life and have watched it manifest in a lot of different ways. I want you to know that you can deal with this. Seek out groups and information. Grab a copy of “The Emetophobia handbook” by Ken Goodman. Talk to people and above all, don’t be ashamed of it. Shame is powerful at reinforcing things. You have a unique perspective to understand people who have this condition. That makes you a powerful ally to help someone who feels alone and confused with this. I want you to know that I admire your strength in enduring this and will be keeping you in my prayers and thoughts tonight and in the days ahead. God bless you my friend and I wish you happiness, health and love.
@@honeyxmoony No Lemon Girl. I think most of us instinctively feel that way until we grow to understand it a little more. I want you to know something very important. I’m truly sorry for the things that have happened and reinforced this fear in your life. Trust me, I know exactly what it feels like. What I want you to know is simply this: you are important and you deserve to be happy. You deserve to eat when you’e hungry without worry and you are worthy of the privilege of going out to different places whether they are small and quaint or big, crowded and bustling without stressing that you might need to escape or wonder if you might start to feel unwell. You are special enough to not feel punished by your own worry and judgement or the judgement of anyone else. You are one of millions of us who struggle with this, but you are special and unique and your experience with this is intensely yours. I hope you can believe that you fundamentally deserve a beautiful and happy life. You are not crazy and you are not broken. You are a beautiful creation. Like every one of us, you have a story. Whatever has happened in your story has left you with this fear and imprinted a set of behaviors and reactions to those feelings …and your mind is trying desperately hard to protect you. Please be kind to yourself and show yourself the patience and kindness that other people possibly neglected to show you as you were growing. Whatever happened to cause that, isn’t your fault either. You are not alone. Please fight for yourself to reclaim your happiness and freedom. You are worth it!!!!
I just started a new job and I’m sitting in the break room right now fighting off the nausea. I don’t know what I’d do without this or the community amongst the commenters. Thank you for making me feel less alone.
I came across this video in my suggested and saved it to my playlist “emetophobia” before even seeing this comment. Hehe, nice to know someone out there gets it! Cheers mate ☺️
everyone remember if you are lying down to lay on your *left* side, as this means gravity will help settle your stomach. your stomach is a sort of C shape that curves to the left side of your body, so laying on that side means everything settles to the bottom of the curve and you feel better and are less likely to be ill
Thank u for sharing that. I never knew that. I had a headache all night tossing n turning on my back n facing to the right. I struggled outta bed n took aspirin. Headache gone n now extreme stomach pain n nausea. I'm now gonna lay facing left n listen to this through earbuds. Thank u. And I'm praying for everyone on here
Does this apply to everyone? I was just chilling on my right side, trying to fight my nausea, changed to my left and not a few minutes later did I have to throw up 😞😞
I was feeling nauseous, and I didn't know any particular reason. I looked for music that eases nausea and my search brought me here. It turns out that all I needed was a good cry. Hahaha! For what exactly? Gratitude. I needed to cry in gratitude for spiritual healing. I didn't know I was keeping it all in, and it made me nauseous holding on to it, when it needs to be expressed. To everyone who's here for whatever reason or purpose, may God and this music help you as they have helped me. Blessings to you all.
Eating applesauce in the hospital hoping I get better stomach burning like hell and then throwing up for the four or five days God please keep me in your prayers and hello to everyone else may everybody stay strong during these times
I was stuck there for 2 weeks. Took 1 full week for me to stop. I’m glad I’m not alone listening to this during those times. I hope you’re doing better
It’s comforting to me knowing that i’m not the only one who deals with emetophobia. It truly is a curse and makes life much more difficult than it should be. Sending good vibes to everyone here and remember this feeling will pass. You got this.
thank you so much. i’m having a panic attack right now feeling like i’m going to throw up and that is one of my worst nightmares. it feels good knowing other people feel the same way as me and i’m not alone
Please never delete this! Period pain + ibs = very bad pain. High pain levels turn into nausea for me. This morning, I curled up in bed with my headphones on and listened to this while focusing on the throbbing beat and soothing music. I just woke up 1 hour and 45 mins later! No nausea and no pain! ❤
I'm really sick right now and have a lot of nausea. I haven't been able to sleep because of it. Within a couple minutes of listening to this video, my nausea went to a bearable level and I was able to relax. Thank you so much!
I’m not sure who will see this but i’m here to let you know as someone that struggles with constant nausea due to anxiety amongst most things, it’s all mental first. your bodies natural response will always be to go with how you’re thinking first, as long as we breath and keep telling ourselves “i am here, i am present, i am safe and i am well” until you truly believe it yourself you will be okay. I HATE throwing up or feeling negative but i just know to ground myself and this too shall pass. Take small sips of cold water, breath deeply, talk to yourself, find those pressure points on your wrist to relieve nausea. We got this!! i don’t feel well even typing this and i’m going to make sure i feel better!
Another great way to relieve yourself is to hold your hands under running by cold water and take deep breaths and say to yourself “i am fine, i am here, i am safe” also using a cold compress on your forehead and the back of your neck. i wish you all safe travels back to feeling ok🙏🏽
Thank you. I am new to this nausea business and am on a trip now. Just want to be able to get on a plane back home in a few days. It does seem to have a mental component 😢 because I feel it come on and then think about it and it gets worse. I am new to this music, but seems to be helping😊. Plus, reading comments is giving me insight and compassion for those who had it much longer than me. I am praying too.
Someone i know who has the most beautiful soul, sent me here to help me with my sickness. How lucky i am to have a friend who genuinely cares about me. May he be blessed always for caring so much about others. 🙏🏽
Severe emetaphobe here. This is something I've learned to try and deal with my nausea over my life. I have bad acid reflux and sometimes it makes me throw up.. Here is something that I have to remind myself to keep myself sane. Throwing up is TEMPORARY. It is not harmful. It is the body's way of getting rid of something HARMFUL. It will pass very shortly. It will NOT kill me, I will be okay. It does NOT control me, I control MY emotions. Hope this helps
this really works, thank you so much 😭 i was feeling nauseous, suddenly woke up at 3am and i have 2 meetings today to attend. now i feel so much better after listening to it, i started to distract my mind from the emetophobia, and the feelings gone. now i just need to sleep and hoping when i wake up i feel just healthy as usual.
emetophobe here! i constantly have anxiety that a stomach bug or ‘norovirus’ is spreading in my school ect that get scared that i will get it, i research abr it to try to calm down but it always makes me feel worse. i’m sat in my bed with a lavender scented perfume bcs the smell makes me feel better. this music is really calming me down as i feel sick. i’m in constant fear of being sick and i’m so glad that this music is a thing! hoping to start feeling hungry instead of sick in the next half hour! fellow emetophobes we will get through this together❤️
I'm terrified of that going around too! I pray that the extended daylight will ease of the spread, I hope only the best for you, take it easy soldier, Amen 🙏.
I've always struggled with emetaphobia, any time i'd feel nauseous I do not sleep or eat until it is over, my mom helps me with it the best she can, but I want to let her sleep without worry tonight, I was very nauseous last night and panicked, i'm guessing you know what happened after that. I am glad I found this so I can try to sleep without worry, my stomach is acting up, but I hope this alongside the Tums I had will start to calm it down, If you see this and you are nauseous, take deep breaths. Remember that it will all be okay, and it will be over soon, drink water, close your eyes and try to be calm, everything will be alright.
I’m currently reading all these comments and it’s making me feel better :) thank u random strangers for leaving comments it helps sooth my mind and makes me feel less alone with this crappy nausea
Here and 15 weeks pregnant and really feeling ROUGH! 😭 I have emetiphobia and being pregnant is one of the hardest things ever. I was hoping I wouldn’t be sick all the time but I am. Prayers this passes as well as the fear goes away. It’s terrible.
@Racheal Aime, You can ask your doctor to give you something for the nausea. When I was pregnant with my daughter I couldn't keep anything down and felt bad 24/7. He gave me a prescription and it helped me to feel much better. I don't think Doctors give you anything unless you come out and ask. You may have to explain how your nausea is affecting your ability to just function through the day. It's been awhile since I've been pregnant, so I hope doctors can still give prescriptions for that. Another tip... I also would get some relief for a bit after I ate an apple. I hope you get to feeling better soon. 💕
9 weeks here. don't worry in my experience you just need to relax, smell a lot of lemon, and eat at much fruit at possible. I don't have the phobia but i have a bad stomach and hate puking because it's so frecuent for me. just once a morning I've managed to control the rest of my day ❤ how are you doing now?
1:00am, and up shaking and so nauseated, again. I just found this beautiful music, have been listening for a few minutes and it is helping. Thank you for creating this very soothing music 🙏 And to all you fellow emetophobes out there - I hear you and sympathize with you! It is rough to feel this way so much of the time and be scared of it. Thank you you to the person who mentioned the pressure point on your wrist. It does give some relief, and I needed a reminder 😌 I wish for anyone who is feeling like this to feel much better soon ❤️
Does anyone else wake up in the middle of the night nauseated, dry mouthed, anxious, and body shaking uncontrollably? Because I do. So many nights. Like tonight. And I don’t even have class tomorrow to be stressed about.
yea i do on most nights. nocturnal panic attacks. i’m afraid of vomiting so i get a lot of anxiety/panic attacks surrounding that fear. same exact symptoms.
Literally me right now, it feels like being really hungover and it’s not even like I’m that worried about going to class it’s just a sub conscious worry but what it does to my body is so annoying :(
Here’s a list of things to try… Meditations for anxiety relief ( choose your favourite voice. I like Jason Stephenson but there are tons) Weighted blanket Read or listen to the untethered soul Eating well, drinking enough water a bedtime that’s way too late will all make a difference Exercise Neurofeedback Councelling Definitely medication to take the edge off and then things start beginning to get better from there. People do well on Celexa but you have to fine one that works for you. Hope these are enough ideas to start with. Millions deal with these symptoms.
I hardly ever post comments, but now I absolutely have to. This video saved me. It's currently almost midnight and I was having stomach issues and nausea the whole evening. I played this because I want to feel better to be able to fall asleep. I'm few minutes in and I feel better✨
I have severe emetophobia and I’m nauseous every single day because of my wisdom teeth removal two years ago, and tonight was bad but this helped me so much, I’m so happy to see that other people understand and don’t call me dramatic or say emetophobia isn’t real because it is, I pray for everyone that goes through this
I’m 14 weeks pregnant and super sick, I really don’t want to throw up the food I was able to stomach because of my baby😢 but this has helped so so much!!! Thank you so much ❤
I have really bad emetophobia and I’ve just been feeling nauseous for the past 3 days. I’m not sure what I’m doing but listening to these has helped. It’s nice knowing that other people go through this as well. It’s nice to know I’m not alone y’know? I wish everyone a goodnight/morning and I hope everything goes well for you all
Because of these videos I finally understand why I have such bad anxiety when I get nauseous and for the first time in a long time I have some relief. Thank you
Here I am again at 3:20am nausea begging my body to change it's mind not to do what all people with emetophobia feel I hope everyone gets some comfort after our long haul of suffering
i’m 5 weeks pregnant and nausea hit super hard so i looked this up and took a nap with it playing. i woke up and i don’t feel nauseous at all. let’s hope it lasts but thank you for this video !!
like many in this comment section i have emetophobia, i also suffer from ibs which causes me to feel nauseous almost every day. i’ve grown used to it now, and am no longer fearful when i feel familiar feelings of nausea. however, when i feel a “new type of nausea” or an unfamiliar sick feeling - i will come to this video more often. it was incredibly helpful, helped me feel better in a few minutes! along with some slow breathing techniques (in through the nose, hold for three seconds, and out) and the comforting comments, my nausea felt as if it had completely subsided or came to a point where it didn’t strike so much anxiety. thank you for this video and thank you for everyone who commented about their experiences. jesus loves you all 💕💕
is there something that helped you become familiar with certain feelings of nausea? i’ve been sick with chronic nausea, acid reflux, and sever vagus nerve damage for over a year now and i still find it very hard when i am nauseous every single day. i’m just looking for any kinds of help i can get🙏❤️
I had surgery 8 weeks ago and I've been nauseous now for most of that time. Having an extra rough night tonight. This music instantly calmed me. Nausea isn't completely gone, but bearable enough where I'll be able to get some sleep. Thank you. 💜
Feeling nauseous tonight:( I’ve done all I can do to help treat it so far so here I am trying this music out. I really hope it helps relax me and gets rid of this horrible feeling I’m having. God is with me. Amen.
Hello fellow emetophobes! I am currently fighting a stomach flu and it has been giving me nausea for the past 3 days. I finally found this, and it calms me down so that the nausea is bearable. Tysm to whoever made this! ♥️♥️
Nausea gone instantly! Thank you for sharing. Calming and a lot of times anxiety, stress perceived by our mind is the causative factor for nausea. Of course many other reasons but calm the mind and you calm the body. Very nice piece
I’ve had an inflamed colon, diagnosed as left sided colitis in the ER when the pain became too much for me to bear. I’ve been struggling with eating anything and almost every night since then (nearing a month now) I’ve had horrid nausea and had to throw up. I hate it. I see people who just tell me “just throw up once and it’ll be done” but my body doesn’t let me do that. It fights throwing up just as much as my mind, making it just even more painful. To those that are reading this: I wish you luck. Just know even in moments like this where I’m stuck in the bathroom from 3-6 hours at a time, it will pass. I know it sucks now but believe in yourself, you’ve got this! You’re so much stronger than you know. Godspeed to feeling better. ❤
I have emetophobia and have been dealing with a lot of nausea lately. Nothing seems to cure it but this sound makes it a bit more bearable. Some other things that help are ginger candy and mint gum. I also like to color to get my mind off it which really helps. I hope everyone feels better soon!
i’ve been dealing with the same thing for the last two months every single night and also have emetophobia. some tips i have is to realize that your brain/anxiety is just creating the nausea. maybe you felt nauseous one day before this started and it made you so scared that your brain started to rationalize it. if you just realize it’s all in your head or try to rationalize your nausea(i’m just working myself up, i’m just scared, etc.) it helps a lot!! also bingalow ginger and peach calm stomach tea helps me. i drink it almost every night, u can get it on amazon!! it works wonders and doesn’t taste awful. but the biggest thing for all phobias is to realize that your brain is just playing tricks on you. mind over matter. i hope you can get through this!!¨̮
I have emetophobia, it has ruined my life a lot of times. Two days ago I got stomach flu, feeling better now but still nauseous sometimes specially after eating so I am trying this beats. I’ve been listening a few minutes and feel a bit better and calm. Some comments of other people with emetophobia made me cry, I am not alone. Going to therapy to treat it and I know I will get better at some point, it’s a process…thank you!
I first found this when I had the flu like 3 years ago. And here I am one night feeling like I’m going to vomit. I find such peace knowing there’s other people so afraid of vomiting like myself. Hopefully this goes away soon and I don’t throw up
Iam here because i am on m period toda. I've feeling nauseous since yesterday, when i wasn't on my period at all. I even tought i was getting sick. My synptons always varies and it's diferent every month. What i most hate is when it affects my productivity, i am ADHD and already strugggle with this. The nausea was succh a small thing, but stealed m will on doing anything. Surprising, this video made me feel ver better. Thank you.
Glad to see all you other emetophobia sufferers!! We will get through this. I know that feeling like this is hard believe me I feel the same. Remember you are never alone with fears other people right now are feeling the same. Get some rest and feel better about yourself lovely!!
I've been fighting Gastroparesis for over 20 years. This is my go to music when my daily vomiting starts. The combination of music with the sound of running water in the background is really calming for me and eases my nausea without medication.
Praying to Jesus this stops as soon as possible God possible unstoppable loving God almighty. Jesus Christ glory to your name I pray you Free me of this illness for you are all healing and sealing in your promises please not just for me, but for,... All who suffers through same or similar situations I pray for all who need this prayer you are safe and will be okay deep at your pace of slow breathes and go deeper in meditation and completely give yourself to God he is our ALL IN ALL PURE GRADITUDE father AMEN
It’s so nice to know I am not the odd one out having emetophobia I have meneires disease, acid reflux, and major anxiety this has been wonderful to listen to it really helps. I was skeptical but not anymore.
This is a life saver I'm a victim of chronic nausea since I was a kid full of stress. On top sensitive stomach like clock work 1,2,3or 4 in the am just to have the reliable not so good friend come through and do what it does when it visits I rather have auntie flo come through than this feeling .THANK YOU FOR YOUR SKILLful Knowledge and talent to heal yourself as well as others This is a life saver
I have been doing everything to get rid of the nausea I’m currently dealing with, even resulted to forcing myself to vomit, but this has helped in an instant. Listening to this, gently rocking and using the pressure points on my wrists has worked a dream. Thank you so much.
I was extremely overwhelmed with work, had intense nausea followed by a panic attack. Haven't had one in a very very long time, nearly passed out from how much I was hyperventilating. My boyfriend put this up for me, while giving me belly rubs and within 30 min I am back to myself again. Thank you for making this. I'm sending hugs & blessings to anyone who needs to feel better. My case is nothing compared to most of the comments I'm seeing. Nausea is truly the worst feeling ever. I hope whoever reads this, feels immediate relief
Thank you, form the bottom of my heart. I wish you all be fine soon, if you feel lonely, just look up at the stars, and know that someone somewhere else is looking too, you're not alone ✨
Back again with another emetaphobia episode. I have an ulcer which makes things extremely difficult. This music has been a life saver the last several times I’ve needed help❤️
As a fellow emetophobe with gastroparesis, and as a nurse, I want to let you know that you HAVE GOT THIS! Here are some anti-nausea tricks that work for me (some are evidence based and used in medicine too!) - Ginger (ginger root or ginger tea) - Take an alcohol swab or a bottle of isopropyl alcohol and smell it - Acupressure points on the wrist - Smell peppermint essential oils - Eat/suck on something peppermint flavored - Prop your head up and rub your tummy - Box breathing technique - Hum in lowest pitch that you can (this stimulates the vagus nerve - relieve anxiety and nausea) - Keep your body temperature on the cooler side (ice packs, cool wash cloth on neck) - My favorite pharmacological methods include Zofran (prescribed) OR over the counter medications such as dramamine, benadryl, tums (mint kind!), or pepto bismol - Small sips of ice cold water - Turn something on to distract yourself or keep reading/scrolling on your phone I hope something in here helps to relieve your nausea. If not though, I love you and this too shall pass.
Thank you! I shall happily add this to my arsenal! I absolutely despise throwing up and always panic and I feel it makes it so much worse. I’ve built up my defense to try to prevent but when it’s here and there’s nothing I feel I can do, comments like this really help. ❤
tysm! I usually feel nauseous because of stress due to school and family. I have also been dealing with vomiting and let me tell you, it’s horrid. So, to anyone reading this… you’re gonna be okay! Prayers from Albania 🇦🇱! 😊❤
Thank you for this currently going through an anxiety attack because of my emetaohobia. I want to be a nurse when I’m older and always questioned if my emetaohobia would get in the way of that, but u are my inspiration!
I have a chronic illness that makes nausea a daily thing. I have medication for it but hate taking so many meds. This is a life saver. My nausea went away almost immediately. THANK YOU!!!
Bro same, and I am going to the ER/Urgent care bc of it (Can't poo, nauseous really bad daily, I need nausea remedies almost daily, my stomach sounds like nothing because my mom is a nurse and she listened to it)
Like many people here, I have emetophobia. Its a hell in itself. Even worse I have anxiety, ocd, and chronic nausea. My everyday is always planned around avoiding being sick. Anytime I go out, I do not see it as a fun outing but as a plethora of opportunities to get sick. I clean my belongings as much as possible. For me, getting sick is the end of the world. When I do feel sick I do everything in my power to not vomit. I can’t quite figure out why it terrifies me so much, and yet it controls my life. I’m so exhausted. I wish I could just stop caring and worrying. People in my life tell me I’m too selfish and I need to get out of my head. But unfortunately everyone knows it’s not that simple.
I feel sick everyday, I’m feeling sick right now trying not to throw up. I absolutely understand and get you, it’s so hard and scary when you feel sick. It’s frightening. This comment of yours was a while ago but I hope you felt better after this video.
@@3mely.m hi there sorry your still going through this,me too but, mine is down to anxiety and the meds I take I'm a little better it's worse in the morning sending you good vibes 💓🌟💗
Got diagnosed with chronic depression and severe anxiety recently. Still adjusting to the anti depressants, it makes me so nauseous. I feel very alone in this
Is anyone else dealing with nausea tonight? Right now I’m feeling nauseated. It’s been happening more often these past few days. I thought I’d try this music to see if it helps. I suffer from chronic nausea. I’m even on two types of Nausea medication but tonight even the medicine doesn’t seem to be working. Lord help me.
I know how you feel. I sometimes wake in the middle of the night around 2 am or so and feel nauseated and need to end up trying to use the bathroom and then drink hot tea with ginger. It seems to mostly help after a while along with this music. I hope it helps you too my friend. :)
@@paulnone9984 yes! I do the same thing, ginger tea, or I use those turmeric ginger/lemon ginger chews along with this music and it seems to help. I suffer from a chronic nausea condition so I’m also on anti nausea medication, two different types. Some nights are better than others. I also use healing prayer meditation too which works wonders. It’s comforting to know I’m not the only one dealing with these issues. Thank you for leaving a comment! I really appreciate it.
This video has helped me many times and I’m sure will help many more. Through severe social/test anxiety to crippling period cramps this video has not let me down. Thank you so very much for making this 🤗 And to those scrolling the comments, just breathe and focus on the music. Everything will right itself and you’ll be okay! You’ve got this ❤️
Just got random nausea after finishing working out - I was feeling perfect throughout and as soon as I went showering I started feeling terrible. I've been sick a lot last year and despite having had lots of gasteoenteritis, I'm still emetophobic as ever. This track always helped me even when I had the worst of my illnesses. It helps soothe my anxious thoughts too - as soon as I feel sick, it's not just about the pain, but also about all the feelings of shame, panic... It sucks, really. If you're reading this, please lay in a comfortable position and let the music wash over you. I promise you're going to be fine. I'm sending you a big bear hug. I know how much it sucks to feel this sick. Been there so many times. It will pass soon ❤️ Take care!
I’m 7 minutes into this and it’s really working. I’ve been nauseated for hours and have tried several anti nauseous meds and interventions and nothing has really helped thus far. But this seems to be alleviating my trouble
Nausea and vomiting after supper. Started listening and it took two minutes to feel some relief. Relaxed me to sleep and it’s been 45 minutes now and almost completely better. Thank you.
as i write this out i too am trying to get over my fears, i know most of the time it be in your head and i know i must remain present and calm. I know nothing can actually harm me right now and i will be ok. I know you guys will be okay too. i’m praying for all of us
2:30 am, I just had an episode but that was horrible. Im so glad reading all the comments, I thought I was the only one with emetophobia and that it doesn’t exist. Im grateful for yall, we will get through this❤
My kids brought home a disease of some kind. My wonderful 4 year old daughter threw up in bed next to me. The whole week was constant stress. I was cleaning and disinfecting, I did my best but I think I caught what she had. I while ago my hands were shaking, now things are calming down. Thanks for this music.
This is by far the most relaxing music I’ve ever heard. Not only did it calm my anxiety, but it soothed my stomach and put me to sleep. I’m definitely saving this.
This is definitely helping, and is grounding - getting rid of the floaty horrible chaotic feeling of the nausea. Absolutely perfect right now! Can't thank you enough, and I'm already subscribed to this channel, probably for years. ✨️🦋🙏🧡
As an emetophobe, a pretty severe one, I always have found that peppermint/spearmint in any way has helped reduce nausea as well. I tend to get nauseus a lot and am always carrying around mints or gum. Frequencies like this help a week and trick my brain to not focus on my body anymore, and it helps in minutes. Good luck, hope you feel better.
Honestly one of the best ones I've ever used. Helped with the nausea and then I restarted it in the morning and it helped with anxiety. Many thanks and blessings for creating this masterpiece.

Here we go again another night of feeling nauseous, some nights I’m fine but others as soon as I lie in my bed I start to feel anxious and the nausea kicks in, I would honestly do anything to know throw up ever again and if that means humming, drink ginger ale, drinking anything cold THEN ILL DO IT. My phobia of throwing up isn’t as bad as some peoples only because I’ve learned to maintain it by how many times I’ve been told “stop over reacting” or “stop being so dramatic” I mean after a while you find ways to calm yourself down or stop it completely but every single time I feel nauseous or anxious I come here and while I listen I read all the comments because they make me feel like I’m not alone in this💗
oh my god. I wanna cry in joy because I think I figured out what the "sickness" is that has been making me nauseous almost every night. I took a pepcid and 40 mins later the stomach pain is almost gone, along with the feeling like there's food stuck in the back of my throat. it must be acid reflux. I'm so relieved I could cry. it's 10 at night. I can finally get some sleep for once, as it's been so hard for me to recently. I've been praying recently, too. I know I'm being protected by God and the universe. I'm gonna go to bed now. amen
I'm glad you have turned to God for answers, call to him and he shall answer. He knows your intentions and struggles, he will welcome you with open arms, Amen 🙏❤️.
I just found out that I'm pregnant today and I couldn't stop throwing up all day I haven't been able to keep water or crackers or applesauce basically anything and I kept throwing up without drinking or eating anything at all nothing could stay down I couldn't sleep or nap needing to but can't kz Ive been feeling so sick and the meds the doc gave me weren't working earlier I haven't ate at all today till I took my dose(which wasn't helping at all earlier) and found this video and since I put it on I can literally feel my body calmed down a ton Im snacking on applesauce, a cutie, and drinking Pedialyte from being empty and weak all day, this helped a ton. God bless 🙏.
You have no idea how much this comment helped me
Thank you so much
Thank you, @CureCiel.

You’ll be okay! Try smelling rubbing alcohol. It’s a great nausea reliever.
God bless you my friend and I wish you happiness, health and love.
fr, I only found out a few years ago that emetophobia is a thing, I thought I was just crazy

My son threw up and asked me for music to make him not barf. This is what popped up and he says it is helping him feel better. Thank you.
aw bless him
everyone remember if you are lying down to lay on your *left* side, as this means gravity will help settle your stomach. your stomach is a sort of C shape that curves to the left side of your body, so laying on that side means everything settles to the bottom of the curve and you feel better and are less likely to be ill
Thank u for sharing that. I never knew that. I had a headache all night tossing n turning on my back n facing to the right. I struggled outta bed n took aspirin.

@@happypeople8358 thanks for the ginger reminder to ease nausea
Hope this helps

i have a phobia and got the noro rn…with nb to call or talk to it’s terrible

Here and 15 weeks pregnant and really feeling ROUGH! 😭 I have emetiphobia and being pregnant is one of the hardest things ever. I was hoping I wouldn’t be sick all the time but I am. Prayers this passes as well as the fear goes away. It’s terrible.
I have emetephobia and was super nauseous the first half of pregnancy. Hope you start feeling better soon! I know how awful it is
@Racheal Aime, You can ask your doctor to give you something for the nausea. 💕
This is literally one of the reasons i dont want kids

Does anyone else wake up in the middle of the night nauseated, dry mouthed, anxious, and body shaking uncontrollably? Because I do. So many nights. Like tonight. And I don’t even have class tomorrow to be stressed about.
yea i do on most nights. nocturnal panic attacks. i’m afraid of vomiting so i get a lot of anxiety/panic attacks surrounding that fear. same exact symptoms.
Yes in the morning first waking up too, hang in there I know it sucks
Literally me right now, it feels like being really hungover and it’s not even like I’m that worried about going to class it’s just a sub conscious worry but what it does to my body is so annoying :(
Here’s a list of things to try…
Meditations for anxiety relief ( choose your favourite voice. I like Jason Stephenson but there are tons)
Weighted blanket
Read or listen to the untethered soul
Eating well, drinking enough water a bedtime that’s way too late will all make a difference
Exercise
Neurofeedback
Councelling
Definitely medication to take the edge off and then things start beginning to get better from there. People do well on Celexa but you have to fine one that works for you.
Hope these are enough ideas to start with. Millions deal with these symptoms.

like many in this comment section i have emetophobia, i also suffer from ibs which causes me to feel nauseous almost every day. i’ve grown used to it now, and am no longer fearful when i feel familiar feelings of nausea. however, when i feel a “new type of nausea” or an unfamiliar sick feeling - i will come to this video more often. it was incredibly helpful, helped me feel better in a few minutes!
along with some slow breathing techniques (in through the nose, hold for three seconds, and out) and the comforting comments, my nausea felt as if it had completely subsided or came to a point where it didn’t strike so much anxiety.

Hello fellow emetophobes! I am currently fighting a stomach flu and it has been giving me nausea for the past 3 days. I finally found this, and it calms me down so that the nausea is bearable. Tysm to whoever made this! ♥️♥️
I cannot imagine how you felt….
Nausea gone instantly! Thank you for sharing. Calming and a lot of times anxiety, stress perceived by our mind is the causative factor for nausea. Of course many other reasons but calm the mind and you calm the body. Very nice piece
To all yall by the toilet rn, we will get through this 💙💙💙 it won’t last forever
Im convinced that nausea is the worst feeling in the world
Me two its worse than Throwing up
I have a sore throat rn I just threw up fifteen minutes ago
Im literally shaking
Yessss and headaches too
I’ve had an inflamed colon, diagnosed as left sided colitis in the ER when the pain became too much for me to bear.
I hope everyone feels better soon!
i’ve been dealing with the same thing for the last two months every single night and also have emetophobia. some tips i have is to realize that your brain/anxiety is just creating the nausea. maybe you felt nauseous one day before this started and it made you so scared that your brain started to rationalize it. if you just realize it’s all in your head or try to rationalize your nausea(i’m just working myself up, i’m just scared, etc.) it helps a lot!! also bingalow ginger and peach calm stomach tea helps me. i drink it almost every night, u can get it on amazon!! it works wonders and doesn’t taste awful. but the biggest thing for all phobias is to realize that your brain is just playing tricks on you. mind over matter. i hope you can get through this!!¨̮
Me too terrified! 😞
Try Fdgard
Smell rubbing alcohol, it helps my chronic nausea

chronic nausea, huh? so others do really have it. Good to know that I’m not alone. And whatever you’re going through, you’re not alone, either.
Yes it's more common then you think tons suffer I'm here to support anyone who goes through this devastating real deal that happens across the world
I have been doing everything to get rid of the nausea I’m currently dealing with, even resulted to forcing myself to vomit, but this has helped in an instant. Listening to this, gently rocking and using the pressure points on my wrists has worked a dream. Thank you so much.
Whatever you’re going through right now. It’ll pass. You’ll be ok, no matter what.
To my fellow emetophobia strugglers you can get through this! ❤ sending love hope this music helps your nausea ❤❤❤ xx

I find myself here so often. As a refuge of hope that is stops I am praying for everyone you needs healing
Back again yall! Hoping this helps, cause it’s bad tonight and I have work in the morning 🫶🏻
As a fellow emetophobe with gastroparesis, and as a nurse, I want to let you know that you HAVE GOT THIS! Here are some anti-nausea tricks that work for me (some are evidence based and used in medicine too!)
- Ginger (ginger root or ginger tea)
- Take an alcohol swab or a bottle of isopropyl alcohol and smell it
- Acupressure points on the wrist
- Smell peppermint essential oils
- Eat/suck on something peppermint flavored
- Prop your head up and rub your tummy
- Box breathing technique
- Hum in lowest pitch that you can (this stimulates the vagus nerve - relieve anxiety and nausea)
- Keep your body temperature on the cooler side (ice packs, cool wash cloth on neck)
- My favorite pharmacological methods include Zofran (prescribed) OR over the counter medications such as dramamine, benadryl, tums (mint kind!), or pepto bismol
- Small sips of ice cold water
- Turn something on to distract yourself or keep reading/scrolling on your phone
I hope something in here helps to relieve your nausea.
Thank u!!! ❤
You rock!
Thank you for this currently going through an anxiety attack because of my emetaohobia. I want to be a nurse when I’m older and always questioned if my emetaohobia would get in the way of that, but u are my inspiration!
Great video. I cried (wasn't expecting that) and I finally was able to eat something without it coming back up. Definitely feel relieved. Thank you 😊
I have a chronic illness that makes nausea a daily thing.
I hear you I'm going through this too hope you're improving 💞🙏
I feel sick everyday, I’m feeling sick right now trying not to throw up. I absolutely understand and get you, it’s so hard and scary when you feel sick. It’s frightening. This comment of yours was a while ago but I hope you felt better after this video.
@@3mely.m thank you, things will get better eventually, it hasn’t gone away for me but definitely has improved
@@3mely.m hi there sorry your still going through this,me too but, mine is down to anxiety and the meds I take I'm a little better it's worse in the morning sending you good vibes 💓🌟💗
@@sarahperks8226hey there 🙏 it's been 52 minutes I hope your doing ok, we'll all get through this together
Got diagnosed with chronic depression and severe anxiety recently. Still adjusting to the anti depressants, it makes me so nauseous. I feel very alone in this
How are you now? I was on antidepressants for a while
I feel this way as well... I was diagnosed three years ago.. and I feel the same way with constant nausea as a side affect, don't feel alone :)
The entire emetophobe squad showed up for this video. It always passes, guys, don't give up ❤
Is anyone else dealing with nausea tonight?
The lord will help 🙏
This video has helped me many times and I’m sure will help many more. Through severe social/test anxiety to crippling period cramps this video has not let me down. Thank you so very much for making this 🤗
And to those scrolling the comments, just breathe and focus on the music.
It will pass soon ❤️
Take care!
Best music bro. Literally feel good now.
I’m 7 minutes into this and it’s really working. I’ve been nauseated for hours and have tried several anti nauseous meds and interventions and nothing has really helped thus far. But this seems to be alleviating my trouble
This helped me sooo much!!! Soo grateful for this❤️😭
I’ve been listening to this everyday for weeks. 11wk pregnant now, still severe hyperemesis. I’m so tired. I’m glad this provides me with some relief.
This is the same for me I listen to it everyday and it don't rlly work as much but then again it does help chip away at it
Nausea and vomiting after supper.
Im grateful for yall, we will get through this❤
My nausea is migraine-related and this is starting to help. Thank you for uploading this. ❤
Actually thank you so much. I was uncontrollably shitting on the toilet but now my cheeks have been spared.
2;08 AM right now nd sitting on bed and not able to sleep...but still this soumd gave me so much relief i can't even explain..this is the best sound for nausea relief..i am so grateful...❤
here because i have cyclical vomiting syndrome 🎀🎀🎀
This actually helped my nausea. Thank you
reading all these comments while listening is really sweet, we’re gonna be okay guys just hum or take deep breaths, we got this ❤❤
🥰 God is love ❤ lord heals these beautiful souls .
Amen, sister.
God is all. The light and the dark. Created both for reason. Most don't get this yet, but love is the best side so I agree
Why did he create so much suffering then?
@@mychemimbalance God doesn't, human hands do the hurt and suffering . We have choices . Sin is what causes suffering .Soon tho there will be no more tears for his children .
@@shaylasomerville4733 Lmao sure. That's why innocent children get cancer...
My phobia of throwing up isn’t as bad as some peoples only because I’ve learned to maintain it by how many times I’ve been told “stop over reacting” or “stop being so dramatic” I mean after a while you find ways to calm yourself down or stop it completely but every single time I feel nauseous or anxious I come here and while I listen I read all the comments because they make me feel like I’m not alone in this💗
You're definitely not overreacting❤ i have emetiphobia as well and it's hard, but i known that the naisea will pass and we cam get through it❤❤
The combination of Headache and nausea from low blood sugar just from not eating/drinking is so painful. This helps so much ❤
This stuff really works. Love the music too.
