I do not hit the theaters often. Made an exception to catch this with a buddy "that i also saw 2 with" we loved it. Should've been called terrifier 3 ( f them kids)
Victoria Heyes was the secret weapon for Terrifier3, Damien Leone regretting the characters underdeveloped in Terrifier1 so giving Vicky a bigger role in part 3 was a good decision. Victoria has an unusual ending from the unlikely final girl after having her sister Tara killed halfway in the movie ( Damien Leones omage to Hitchkock's psycho with Mary Crane being killed as the protagonist ), being facially disfiured and goin insane in Part2 to becoming a full demon in Part3 setting up her demise.
My wife and I went to go see it while our daughter was at pre K, a Tuesday morning @ 10 am. It was just the two of us in the entire theater and I’m grateful because I was unable to control my reactions LOL.
My one gripe with Terrifier 3 is how Jonathan was handled. His screen time lacks in general, considering how important he was in Terrifier 2, and then he doesn't even get killed onscreen, which woulda been more impactful. Otherwise, Terrifier 3 is flawless IMO.
I have had an adoration for Art the Clown since I watched Terrifier 1 back in the day. I loved this movie. But the 2nd is still my favorite! Also I think Sienna is a great final girl. I can't even imagine watching Art slash up my friend in thay nasty bathroom, and try to kill my brother, then she "dies" kills Art sees the little pale girl. Her mom's death, etc. Brutal. I'd be messed up. I'd be hyperventilating to if i thought Art was back. Im so paranoid in general, let alone wondering where Art is. Lol. Unlike Sidney and Laurie etc... I think Sienna went through the most. Just watching everyone get tortured in this movie. and losing her entire family. No way. She's badass to keep fighting. 🤟 Also, I don't think Johnathan is dead. He'll be back.
I like the idea of Texas Chainsaw Massacre, but I also can envision Damien Leone reviving A Nightmare on Elm Street because of the personality he can bring out. Dreams mean Damien can be more “out there” with some sequences 🫣😎
Love the terrifier series and love t3. Bought the vod and I’m waiting closer to Christmas time to rewatch it. It was such a fun theatre experience too. It’s been really fun to watch the evolution of the films and how big it has gotten while at the same time upping the ante. Also Im part of the 2% who saw sting haha. It Def was alright. I had a fun time watching it but thought infested was a better 2024 spider movie
I always said I’d never watch this series cus I hate torture shit. But yk what you’ve convinced me. Ima start with T2 and see if I can stand the bedroom scene lmao
@ that’s why I gotta see if I can stand it lol. I love the first Saw, & the original TCM is one of my favorite movies ever so i can stand SOME of that stuff. I’ll report back w my review eventually 🫡
I disagree killing off Jonathan isn’t a stupid idea but pushed Sienna story further. As a writer myself you have to take risk and killing off a beloved character is a huge risk but is a good move. If he cops-out and has him alive that’s when I’ll be disappointed because that’s not risky enough. But that’s just me
@@MadBloodMatt I can get on board with that. I know Damien said he didn’t want his death on screen since he is a loved character but I wish we got something

Damn, what a great review! Lovely to listen to someone with actual brain cells behind what they're saying. Thanks! Subscribed.
Haha, good to hear I might still have a few brain cells left over after my younger years. Thanks for watching.

Love this movie, but I've never heard anyone say they like what happened with Jonathon. It was a misstep, for sure

I’ve heard good things about infested. I need to check it out.

lol, the bedroom scene is the most drawn out torture type scene out of the 3 movies imo. Luckily the 3rd movie, has more creativity.

I have zero issues with them killing off Jonathan, if he is dead. My issue is with how it was executed.

@@mitchmitchell1309 there or zero chance Jonathon is dead
Terrifier is so good i love the series and great vid ❤
Man I love terrifer ecspically the third one this is probably the best one in the franchise great review man keep up the great work
Appreciate that!
The second sinister dies the rat thing.
I still prefer Terrifier 2, but Terrifier 3 has the potential to usurp the top spot one day.
WOW! Really? A tad late to the party, aye?
