I live here currently ... just about to give up my 2 bed 2 bath apartment ... i got an EPIIIC deal .. cost me 15 mil a month :P most people pay 20 mil 23 mil for same as i have here.

Yeah 15 mil is around $600. thats cheap especially for landmark. I love how great of a value the Apartments and Hotels in Vietnam are. you get really nice rooms for the low hundreds.

Yeah just moved to vung tau building called the song .. brand new has even better facilities than landmark complex believe it or not .. as much as i like landmark its a bit of a ex pat bubble if you get me and my gf is local n both liked the idea of fresh air... here i got for 9 mil and am a 5 min walk from the beach and a big lottlemart mall

Yes it is like a make believe walled city within the real city. District 1 is the most authentic experience.
