Emily the glaze on the white paint looks so pretty! Thank you for sharing great tip and ideas! Have a wonderful and blessed day. 👍💖💖💖
I liked all 3 but the middle one was the best this would be a great background for some of your signs.hope u and your family have a great memorial day weekend
yes that would be pretty for some sign!
I used your idea with white base paint over MDF and paint brushed the glaze for a faux wood grain look on some hobby projects and it turned out great. Thanks for sharing your unique ideas!
Yay I’m so glad it worked for you and you love it
Should the white board be sealed afterwards and what would you use?
You look so pretty today ! And your hair is gorgeous with those big beautiful blue eyes.
oh thank you!
Nice job! You just taught me what I needed to learn in 8 minutes that would have taken me hours and a lot of extra work to figure out!! I'm going with the brush on glaze and sanding it. Great job and good luck with future videos! 👍
This exactly what I was looking for in restoring an end table top.
Thank you.
Do you need a topcoat over the glaze after sanded?
I have this glaze but used it differently. I'm so glad you did this video to give me more options.
oh nice!
I love the look of the white without sanding mayve a bit here and there. Did you have to seal it ?
Hi Emily. I love all your videos ,you are so creative. I wish I could do half the things you do yourself. You house is so beautiful,as your two boys. Can’t wait to see the outcome of your updated kitchen
your so kind thank you so very much!
Great tips and ideas!! Have a Happy Memorial Day!! Tyfs, hugs 🤗 Teresa
aw same to you!
Hi Emily, I'm with you on my favorite, the glaze over the white.....tfs
Just regular white paint or chaulk paint
Hi Emily was that glaze a particular color? I really like the glaze on the white paint. What kind of paint did you use? It looks like a flat or chalk finish
its the dark one they only hvae one other color and its like a grey. I just use white paint flat, matt or satin is fine
Will it work on white chalk paint???
Sorry I see now you’ve already answered that question. Cary on 😁
Wow looks really good . 💛💜Thnks a lot for sharing .really very informative and helpful video . Loved it 😙😙💝💝💝💝
Great job !!! I plan on doing something like this on a dining room table in the next few days .
im thinking the same thing with white legs. good luck and have fun.
Hi Emily, great video....you should definitely do the white weathered look. It would look gorgeous with your decor. Take care and have a great Memorial Day weekend! 😉
thank you, im pretty sure i will be! Wish you the same
I love it!! The white one looks best very pretty TFS
thank you!
What color did you use. On link it shows Moose mouse. Which to me is a brown. But your glaze on white took on a gray color. Thanks!
its a brown. they only sell two colors grey and brown and i used the brown. the sanding on the white turns it grey and really pretty.
A great option! Looks great! Thanks for sharing!
Simple and Excellent Explanation! Thank You
Love this video u should do more like this. I’m sure I’m not the only one.
Yes, my favorite is the white then the glaze. Can you just mention the product more as u go . Thanks
Thanks Emily, great options and ideas!
Do you thunk the glaze would stick to a vinyl floor tile? I have a dingy white kitchen floor I will be replacing next year so don;t care about the floor, but wonder if the glaze would stick /hold up for a year in a kitchen with lots of traffic?
im not sure, maybe prime them first then use it and seal it because it will have lots of traffic. try it out on a sample if you can!
hey can i use glaze over stained wood not polyed?? oh and clear valspa with acrylic paint!!!!
Yes you can
@@MommaFromScratch Thank You!!!! Your videos are GREAT by the way
You might have mentioned, but what kind of protection could you put on top if putting on a table? Thanks 😁
poly acrylic would be fine or varathane
Thank you
Nice! I also like he one with the white underneath also. Where did you get the glaze, Lowe's?
Is the antiquing glaze more of a brown or black color ?
Brown and grey
Thanks Emily, love this! -Jess
Great video!!!!! Thanks.
thank you!
These are great samples, more please
Does this only come in the one dark color? I saw this online and thought it was transparent for mixing with latex paint. Is there a clear version?
I thought it came in two colors but not sure about a clear coat
@@MommaFromScratch I found the Valspar Clear Glaze at Lowes (8 oz jar) for about $14. I'll be buying that because I can mix it with any color latex paint.
Emily, I love your videos! ❤️ I have used many of your videos to decorate my own home!
I love the one with the white on it but they all look great.
isnt it cool the way it turns out!
What color is your glaze
Great tips
thanks for sharing
I guess I just don’t get it. What you did looks great. But I think I get the same look using just white and black paint. The glaze is a little costly. Thanks for the video.
Thanks
your welcome!
Can you use this on chalk paint?
Yes
Wish grain of sandpaper did you use?
120 grit
Thank you! I was using 220 & 320 and not getting the desired results.
I've always used the "wax on wax off" method so I'm excited to see these results
Great ideas 😍TFS
2:30 instructions begin
Aren’t you supposed to wipe it off?
I love it.Thank you for sharing vickey_cook from Ky
Glaze is wiped off
4:37 😳
To the maker of the vid. If you read these comments. Please go to the 4:30 mark on your video. I can only presume this is some ghost action caught on vid. Have fun. ;)
I don’t see it. The only thing I see is the napkin disappearing but it’s in my other hand.
The stone moves a fews seconds into it lol
Omg!!!!!
;
Did anyone else see the ghost move the sandpaper at 4:38?👻👻
Probably my kids shadow
