Nintendo really missed a great opportunity to reuse the sounds from Super Mario Kart in place of SNES Mario's "voice lines". For example, the "Boing!" sfx could've been played for air stunts, the "zzZZHHHHMMmm" sfx could've been used for dashing, the "CPU spinout" and "Player spinout" sounds would've been for landing a hit or receiving one, respectively, etc. That would've been a nice little touch that they could've added instead of making him completely silent.
It's incredible, first day in the first race I do 2 frenzy of pieces plus one of green shells and then finish. It took me 4 days and 12 hours non-stop to have a double coin frenzy. And it worked just after midnight yesterday
I licked this cup with the SNES Cup! We have Mario Circuit, Koopa Beach, Vanilla Lake, Donut Plains, Ghost Valley, Bowser’s Castle, Chocolate Island & Rainbow Road and the Mario (SNES) will be the only one who has been playing Super Mario Kart (SNES) for the first Mario (SNES) Very Special Friends living in the Asteroid Belt.
I'm not hating but this is misleading. I don't think you know how "DLC" works buddy. DLC is downloadable content and this is clearly not DLC. Mobile games never get DLC, it's called updating a mobile game to add new features and more content.
DLC, or downloadable content, is technically a catch-all term for any extra content added to a game after it has been released, including expansions and items bought with microtransactions. Generally, though, DLC is used as a term to mean extra content that is between expansions and microtransactions in terms of scale.
kinda off topic but the loud combo counter thing disrupting the music is kinda annoying (ik its out of ur control but thats just a nitpick i have with the game)
The Og in MK Tour brings back any memories to whoever played the 1st Mario kart game.
I really like the sound effect of the item spinning.

It's so weird seeing a 2d sprite in a game where things are mostly 3d models
Congrats on getting SNES Mario!
I got him today
@@aidancremen4927 Whoo-hoo! Congrats!
@@aidancremen4927how do you get him ?

I need this in MK8 somehow.

Wow! How did you predict when to throw the red shell at 4:05 when they threw it backwards at you?
He didn't predict, he just reacted quickly the moment the green shell came at him.
Bots do that more often, it's just about timing

Thanks. I removed that info from the video.
Which can be considered dlc because they’re literally adding content to the game that you have to download to use.

could’ve been a bit nicer with your comment but whatever
Nostalgic:)

Would you stop talking about Mario kart 8 deluxe Mario kart tour is better i have SNES Mario and funky Kong
@@liamstringer1489 Tour and Deluxe are completely different games, pls don't compare them

@@dianagears02 I wouldn't mind guest characters like Link or the Squid Sisters in Mario Kart Tour, Mario Kart 8 had them.

Lucky man ;(

I am not one of those :(
How do you get this?
This is the new tour that started today in Mario Kart Tour. I got Mario (SNES) from one of the two free pipes you get for getting enough grand stars.
SSCGaming I just realised you got him from the exact same free pipe I got him from
