It is a beautiful video, except FAITH is the most current Slayer - the TRUE Slayer. B died multiple times, the first time brining Kendra, and then Kendra's death bringing Faith. When Buffy died AFTER Faith was called, no new Slayer was called because the line ENDS WITH FAITH - the true Slayer. All the Slayerettes? Still not Slayers from the original line. Buffy and Faith are the only true Slayers with Faith being the current/last one.
This is far and away one of the best tribute videos I've ever seen (if not THE best). Perfect song, near perfect editing, as a veteran of all 4 shows this definitely won't be the last time I watch this.
Now when a non-Whedonite asks me why these are my favorite shows, I finally have a video to point them to. This is just... astounding. And at this point, I'm speechless. Amazing job.

Emm, basically I needed Giles to be in it, and that was the only spot left that could possibly fit his character. He did lie and deceive quite often for the greater good. One of his more interesing qualities if you ask me.
My opinion on Giles has soured more and more the older I've gotten. He didn't give a damn about Faith just like everyone else - she was a kid, on her own, with NO ONE but a past full of abuse and neglect. He didn't offer her a place to stay, NOTHING. Faith was left to fend for herself and find her own place to stay (a shit motel in the bad part of town) and couldn't afford (the room was $13 a day and Faith was dodging the manager because she didn't have the cash - So how was she eating?!) He used her as a way to protect Buffy and offer her up on the chopping block so Buffy could go off and live the life "she deserved". No one seemed to care if Faith was living the life SHE deserved. So was Giles a liar? Hell yes he was. He was worse than that - A hypocrite.
Wow, that is seriously intense! I didn't just watch that vid and hear that music, I FELT it all, all over again - the drama and the deaths and the action. Wow, just wow!
This is an amazing, amazing video. I'm not even sure I like the song, but it just fits so perfectly with this that I don't mind. Anya talking in the middle is perfection. But my only complaint is the lack of Cordy scenes! There are a few... Just not many :P But that's so incredibly minor that it really doesn't matter or detract from the video as a whole. Amazing, amazing work.
Bravo, great editing the lyrics matched up with the video clips and the the beats match the transitions. Watching this makes me as giddy as the school girl that I am. Very envious of your skills right now. Oh has is been 5 minutes time to watch this again. XD
I gotta say probably one of the best videos i've seen on RUclips. I have a hard time with people using this song and then (in my opinion) messing up with who is the who (The Liar, The Marty etc.) But you nailed it spot on on. Amazing. I guess what i'm trying to say - i salute you, and pray that you will make another video like this, you've proven to us that you can capture the emotions of not one, not two, but three shows. PLEASE, amaze us again.

@spiceymusic A messiah is a redeemer figure who is foretold in religious scripture. Connor had all those prophecies about his birth and that he would bring either destruction or creation with him. I thought he was one of the more suitable figures for the messiah part. Just out of interest, who would you have put instead?
@UltraVids1 I knowww. I keep rewatching this... I don't mean to sound weird, but I'm so emotionally connected to these characters -- they're so complex and perfectly portrayed. Whedon's a god to manage that in three consecutive series (being that I haven't yet seen Dollhouse).
