To push on existing project commands you can use are : $ git status to check the changes $ git add . for adding the changes into git $ git commit -m "changes message" for pushing $ git push -u origin master For pushing into the branch That should be enough for pushing changes into the existing project.

Yes, there is. It's through an SSH key. GitHub uses SSH keys to allow you to upload to your repository without having to type in your username and password every time. Search on YT for more info. It will be a breeze.

For those running into this issue I got a solution for you guys, error: src refspec master does not match any. error: failed to push some refs to 'provide the projects link' What I want you guys to do is run this command git show-ref, then you will get returned a line where it indicates main or master, what ever is returned use that when typing git push -u origin master/main. Even though main is what used now for git, sometimes it can be master. And make sure before you check the things I said, ensure you actually committed your files as that can cause the same error.

git push -u origin main instead, as it says on git, did work as well.
