Love Laura's bike, apart from the paint job, but that cockpit looks sweet. I had Laura as 2nd, if she has a good swim then she has a chance to win it I think...but I'm still with Anne for the win.
Thanks GTN-Team for doing these videos. Seriously I love the tech-talk, the new stuff and the enthusiasm you guys have in bringing the stories into our homes :)
The way things are looking right now the Argon 18 E117 will be my first dedicated Triathlon bike. Purely because my favorite bike workshop sells this brand and I really like them :x
@@alexside_ ah yeah I’m sure. I used to have an A-18 (with proprietary TRP brakes 😂) and it was a good bike. I guess I just don’t like the thought of being forced down a particular path any more than we already are. My road bike has a removable fairing that covers any caliper you choose, feels like that serves the same purpose without the drawback 🤷♂️
The brakes on the a18 bike is a no go !! And are u bound to mineral oil or dot with this one’s ?? Other than that it’s a nice locking bike with no great place for the hydration
10:22 450 EUR for a custom tri-suit. You can choose the fit, the design, the materials! If you ask really nicely they'll even let you sew it yourself!! 😁 I love the enthusiasm, but you might want to ease up on the sugary-gel intake Mark 😂
@@markthrelfall3577 Haha. I don’t know how expensive they can be, but price is why I currently don’t have one :/ I wanted one from the Danish brand Fusion (being Danish myself), but even their cheapest is 200 EUR. And they used to be the affordable option.
im surprised no women pro triathlete went with custom lightweight roadbike+Tri cockpit build like SebKienle's Foil NorsemanTri. Maybe coz it limits too much on-board nutritions? or just not worthwhile since the guys last year did it on full tribike just fine? 🤔
What bit of gear are you most excited about? Let's chat about it! 😍👇

Very cool gear! Custom suit sounds good.
Thx 4 sharing guys
I absolutely love GTN tech videos
P.s. I love the videos in Mum's living room haha jk ❤❤❤
The E-119 is great, but increasing the number of proprietary components (those brakes) isn’t super user friendly.
The brake system is actually quite reliable and has been on the market for 4 years with the e119 already! Parts are available and easy to work with😊

@@Ingrimmsch91they use mineral oil. Absolutely nothing wrong about this system! Easy to get parts if you ever need anything.
My fav pre-Championship videos 😍
Thanks for the review. Any difference in the type of carbon and in the bike weight between E117 and E119 ?
The Argon system is really interesting
Jesus the Argon 18 looks awesome
The most wonderful time of the year, new tech 😃
Never thought I would see an Aethos in this video, awesome though!
I’m going LP for the win. 🤘
I thought filled in aero bars like on that canyon were against the updated Ironman rules.
The bottle don’t go further than the headset so it’s ok

Haha I survive on sugar for these videos. You realise how much other top end trisuits cost?

This is not bike, this is spaceship 😂
Modern TT Bikes are Starting to look more and more like a 125cc Moped.
Vintage TT Bikes Look So Much Better 🤙🤙
we need 4k video
Laura's bars really look like a fairing. It's clean, but not sure that it's within the spirit of the rules.
Any idea how much Laura’s bike actually weighed? Know the Tri frame is a fair bit heavier than the TT version.
9.2 kg
Laura from Menlo Park California?!
All the merch for Lucy.. I am so sad she withdrew from Nice. 😞
I do not understand the high bar.
What the tech is Mark’s favorite part of the GTN show. Imagine an episode just dedicated only to that. Mark’s wet dream.
Robinson Donald Wilson Ruth White Donald
stupid simple
🥲i want them all
