That was the first Molton Brown candle I purchased...the exact same one (size & scent). I wonder if something is wrong with the candle because both the cold and hot throw is VERY strong for me. I really love it. Also, I purchased 2 diptyque candles of the same scent. One was stronger scented than the other. I thought it was just me so had a friend and my husband smell them both... and they also said the same one was stronger than the other. So maybe you got a dud. Hope customer service comes through.
@@htucker7767 They definitely came through! They told me it was an isolated incident. I exchanged for a fresh one and also bought the Oud Accord. Both have exceeded my expectations! Phenomal candles. I will be dropping an update to the channel soon!😉

I'm wondering whether you had a faulty one as I had this about the same time as you did and the throw was overwhelming. I hope customer service sorted things for you.
I have loved MB candles since 2003, when they first put it out on the market. I am just very upset with them due to the price increases since then. They hooked me and now I can’t seem to justify the price increase. Also loved a body lotion, Ginger Lily but they have removed the gold shimmer which was ever so subtle. It was like a glow instead of shimmer. I keep hoping they will add it back in. So with these 2 disappointments I’m not sure I’ll be purchasing any items from them.

I have bought a few of their candles Imo the wick it too small on the candle to have a good hot throw. I like the three much better
