Quick tip another way to record it set up ur google account to rockstar editor and upload them download it to your pc and if you don’t want anyone to see it after editor and use the editing software first then upload it set it to private and download it put it in the software and your all good to go
never knew you could use the editor to make cinematics, with the built in recording I've made a couple of videos just using in game play and OBS to record, but felt limited by the camera angles. They turned out OK, but could have been much better had I known. In fact I'm currently in the process of making another video, I think I will try and redo some of the gameplay clips I already have in the editor.
ok, so is there no way to smoothly change camera zoom? it always changes linearly between keyframes, even if i put blend mode to "smoothly" and i noticed that in your cinematic, the zoom into the speedometer also abruptly stops. so is it just a limitation?

Yes i have, I was recording in game GTA V and in Rockstar Editor i Export the video, so than i want to edit clip in Davinci and the export file will not open in Davinci.
How did you download your clips so you could drop them into da Vinci? I been using da Vinci for almost a year now and I upload clips onto my computer via USB, but I can’t download rockstar footage with my USB. Any recommendations?
Use a capture card. The one I use is the Elgato HD60X, but you can pick up the one I used previously, which was the HD 60S+, for quite cheap, especially if used.
You can do it very simple. when you create a project. First record a clip you don't plan on editing and the very first clip in the project. It needs to be a fairly long clip. Then all the other clips are what you are going to use for your video. Only the very first clip will have the watermark when you render your project and in your post production you can just remove that video clip and there will be no more water mark.
I make a video from rockstar editor in ps5 ..after I export I want to copy that video to USB ..but it cannot..there is any solution brother please help 😢

You can't. You edit it yourself.
I never knew about blend! Always ignored it, but damn does it change a lot.
It work in FiveM too? I tried open Rockstar Editor after that my FiveM just closed, what should I do?
