An adventure that would lead us to seeing loads of animals, visiting gorgeous temples, driving through tea plantations, snorkeling in search of sea turtles, eating great food, witnessing the most amazing festival... and above all meeting a lot of amazing people. It looks like you've visited that accomodation in off season. Another thing is these remote areas are less known for foreign tourists so there are roughly a few hotels or homestays you can find. Btw I'm glad that you've managed to visit one of our ancient cities
