오늘은 인천 화평동에서 유명한 #수박냉면을 만들었어요.
여름의 대표 주자라고 할 수 있는 수박과 냉면이 만났으니
맛이 없을 수가 없겠지요😄
입맛 없는 여름에, #수박냉면으로 입맛을 찾길 바랍니다
✅재료 :
수박 반 통, 냉면면 1-2인분, 시판 냉면 육수 1봉지
양배추 100g, 오이 1/4개, 무절임 50g, 삶은 달걀 1개
콩가루(생략가능), 깨소금, 김가루, 참기름 약간씩
✅냉면 양념장:
고춧가루 2큰술, 고추장 1큰술, 설탕 1큰술, 올리고당 2큰술
식초 3큰술, 간장 1큰술, 매실청2큰술, 연겨자 1큰술, 다진 마늘 1/2큰술
✔️연겨자가 없으면 생략가능하지만, 연겨자를 넣었을 때 비빔양념이 더 맛있어요!

I hope you find your appetite with #watermelon cold noodles.
✅Ingredients:
Half a whole watermelon, 1-2 servings of naengmyeon noodles
1 bag of commercial naengmyeon broth
100g of cabbage, 1/4 of cucumber, 50g of pickled radish, 1 of boiled egg
Soybean powder (can be omitted), some sesame seeds, seaweed flakes, a little sesame oil
✅Nengmyeon(korean cold noodles) Sauce:
2 tbsp of red pepper powder, 1 tbsp of red pepper paste
1 tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of corn syrup, 3 tbsp of vinegar, 1 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of plum syrup, 1 tbsp of mustard, 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic
✔️ It can be omitted if there is no mustard,
but the Naeng myeon seasoning is more delicious when you add mustard 😃
