So there's this girl who's been introduced to sweet and tasty foods (like the fries or pudding), and she's already interested in them, and proceeds to eat them with delight. She eats more and more, enjoying the taste (possibly due to her having a eating disorder), but suddenly, she feels something rather funny in her... It felt like a rising fluid. Then, it happened. She threw up due to eating too quickly and too much. After she did so, she pretended like nothing happened for a few moments. I might be wrong about the next one, but anyways, she possibly might've remembered that you can't grow big and strong if you don't eat. This caused her to eat more. She seems to be holding the vomit in, but fails to do so in some cuts of the BGA. (Note: the animations for the chocolate are the same as before, while the other foods look rather distorted. This might lead to other theories with her eating lots of sweets too.) I'm not sure about the last part though.

My theory is that this girl feels satisfaction from hate (masochism kinda), as a lot of people hate her for being herself. But even when she feels and satisfaction it also breaks her little by little, as the hate is getting to her core and dehumanizing her (as shown in the foods that contain her body parts).

The way i see the "hate me" part is that you can see the girl's body parts being split or shown as food items, basically a metaphorical dehumanization due to hate. 「私を憎んで」という部分は、少女の体の部分が切り裂かれたり、食べ物として描かれているところから始まると私は考えています。基本的には、憎しみによる比喩的な非人間化です。
