    Thanks so much for the video! All of your for traveling to NZ videos have been so informative. Maybe I missed it but once you apply for an NZETA, is it just directly in their system and they see it when they scan your passport? If I stay in NZ for two months, leave NZ and visit another country, then return to NZ after e.g 1 week, am I then allowed to stay for 3 months when I arrive back in NZ. Or are the 90 days the total amount of time you are allowed in NZ in a 2-year period? Hope you can help find the information, Thank you in advance!

    Hello! Thanks for the video! It's been very hard for me to find simple information about what to do after it's been issued.
    I thought that I'd be able to view all of my information details and gain access to some sort of electronic document with the picture I submitted and a code to be scanned at the airport. Or is the e-mail I got from them the only document I need?
    Being unable to see all the information makes me very anxious because then I can't see if something, other than what's shown in the e-mail, needs to be corrected. Or is it possible to see it somewhere? I've been thinking of starting over and then make a new NZETA simply because I'm so scared that there might be an error in there that I can't check.

    Very helpful video, but one question I haven't been able to get answered is...when can you renew your current NZeTA and how do you do it? My current NZeTA expires 9 days before I'm thinking of travelling to NZ, I don't want to leave things until the last minute, but the App just shows my current NZeTA and won't give me the option to apply for a new one. Could I do it via the website and if so will the new one replace or tag on to old one? Thanks in advance...Geoff

    • @NZPocketGuide
      @NZPocketGuide  Месяц назад +1

      Thanks, Geoff! I'm glad you found the video helpful. For renewing your NZeTA, you can apply for a new one via the official New Zealand Immigration website. Here's the link you need: www.immigration.govt.nz/new-zealand-visas/apply-for-a-visa/about-visa/nzeta .
      You can apply for a new NZeTA even if your current one is still valid. The new NZeTA will simply replace the old one once it's processed. It's always a good idea to do this well in advance of your travel date to avoid any last-minute issues.

      Checking in for your cruise
      When you check in for your cruise you need to show evidence of your NZeTA or visa to check-in staff. This can be:
      your NZeTA confirmation email on your mobile phone or on a web app
      a printed copy of your NZeTA confirmation email, or
      a printed copy of your eVisa letter.
      Arriving in New Zealand by cruise ship
      When you arrive at your first New Zealand port you will be deemed to hold a visitor visa. This expires 28 days after the ship arrives at its first port of entry in New Zealand or when the ship leaves - whichever happens first.
      We will check you meet our entry permission requirements and are of good character.
