Last of the batch

Here I am in the middle of bottling some beer and I am givin back the last beer from my previous batch. I gave a couple to my land lord and he didn't like the first one so he gave me this one back.
It's normal for them to give a good pop when opened but this one was bigger than usual, I closed it up quick in case it wanted to overflow. Ginger beer can be quite explosive. Tho cooling it helps quite a bit.
I dunno what he was talking about sour. it was gingery and definetly more than 5% alcohol. very fizzy and soo good.
