Dive Armor Rico isn't on the list? I thought she was very good on PvP. Been getting my butt kicked by her until I got her myself and won a lot of PvP. But now, I think with the new buffs on old characters I can't harm anymore with the stupid shields just like today against Copy X with two Busters (Ultimate Buster + Sniper) and I have no idea what to do against players where it doesn't seem like I can break their shields no matter what I do. PvP is such a mess man. Especially for getting 3 wins for complete rewards on daily. I miss only needing one win before.
This list is based on TW (before any of the buffs made on Global). So the stuff in this video is no longer valid for Global, I recommend consulting a Global player regarding the meta. It's vastly different
