- I got my hands on a cheap fixer Honda CT70 on OfferUp for the kids. It needs a new top end rebuild but it runs good enough to get some smiles from the little ones. New top end rebuild video coming soon.

I remember and still have my 77 orange ct70 it has always been reliable and fun when jumping terraces in our field but we also had a 78 metallic blue but it doesn’t run correctly, I guess the timing is off.
$350 is a steal the value on these keeps going up. I’d just get it running good and replace any missing pieces like the chain guard etc. Get it tagged and legal. And ya have a $2,000 bike.
And don’t let the kids destroy it !!!!
Thanks! Yeah, I initially figured I'd just do the basics to get it back up and running but I find myself going down the same rabbit hole as everyone else and just fixing/upgrading everything. I'm going to shelf the stock motor for a Lifan 125 with electric start. The stock motor still isn't running right so I'm going to break it down and rebuild the whole thing at some point. I'm excited for the electric start!
