We hope you all have a very blessed Advent and Christmas season! Here is our cover of Alan Silvestri’s “God Bless Us Everyone!” which is a companion song for our first audio book project: “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens. We will release the book here on RUclips in chapters over the next 2 weeks. This will be a fully dramatized performance including sound effects and music and a full range of voice actors. We hope you enjoy it:)
May I suggest for Christmas a rendition of Tolkien's Christmas poem, Noel? I'll paste it below so people can judge: _Grim was the world and grey last night:_ _The moon and stars were fled,_ _The hall was dark without song or light,_ _The fires were fallen dead._ _The wind in the trees was like to the sea,_ _And over the mountains' teeth_ _It whistled bitter-cold and free,_ _As a sword leapt from its sheath._ _The lord of snows upreared his head;_ _His mantle long and pale_ _Upon the bitter blast was spread_ _And hung o'er hill and dale._ _The world was blind,_ _the boughs were bent,_ _All ways and paths were wild:_ _Then the veil of cloud apart was rent,_ _And here was born a Child._ _The ancient dome of heaven sheer_ _Was pricked with distant light;_ _A star came shining white and clear_ _Alone above the night._ _In the dale of dark in that hour of birth_ _One voice on a sudden sang:_ _Then all the bells in Heaven and Earth_ _Together at midnight rang._ _Mary sang in this world below:_ _They heard her song arise_ _O’er mist and over mountain snow_ _To the walls of Paradise,_ _And the tongue of many bells was stirred_ _in Heaven's towers to ring_ _When the voice of mortal maid was heard,_ _That was mother of Heaven's King._ _Glad is the world and fair this night_ _With stars about its head,_ _And the hall is filled with laughter and light,_ _And fires are burning red._ _The bells of Paradise now ring_ _With bells of Christendom,_ _And Gloria, Gloria we will sing_ _That God on earth is come._
I feel torn between being annoyed that Christmas, as great as it is, keeps extending backwards in time when it should be late december to early january, and being ecstatic to be getting more christmas music from Clamavi de Profundis. Such great music! Keep up the fantastic work!
I might be biased as a Christian, but I do feel that the religious songs have a sort of “depth” to them that the pop songs don’t. But that could just be the genre differences. Also, it would be an interesting experiment to see an atheistic song (no religious references) sung in this style about Christmas to see if it is just style that makes the difference or is it message.
@@nathanthebird4625 I don't think it's possible to make "atheist" music that has depth. Atheism means a lack of belief in God. How are you going to make something with depth out of a lack of belief? The really powerful stuff comes from a positive belief in something. If an atheist wanted to make awesome music like this, he'd probably need to make some kind of secular philosophy (akin to something like stoicism?) that took the psychological place of religion. It would have to explain why we exist and how there is meaning in the world and what we ought to be joyful for. I'm not aware that any such secular philosophy exists.
Would love to hear this in both Quenya and Sindarin. I think it’d be great to do so for Tolkien’s Noel song too. It’d be great to commemorate Tolkien himself through that. I say it’s about time the world gets another little Tolkien celebration his works has saved the lives of so many people. Inspired people to enter into various big disciplines as well as conquer diseases etc, ontop of that is how his works including the trilogy movie inspired millions into a strong desire and drive to become a better human being.
Oh! I absolutely love this! As I do all of your songs. I so appreciate all you and your family do with music to make it truly inspiring. It has been a great blessing for me! Happy Advent and Merry Christmas to you and your family, and "God Bless You Everyone"
Last night, my lady and I sat down to do some Christmas songs. I put my entire Christmas folder on random. It's got everything from John Rutter's carrels, to individual releases from Andrea Bocelli, Libera Aledd Jones, Russel Wotson and Susan boyle, to Enya and John Williams themes for Home alone, and of course all of your christmas songs. and yet, your stuff sounded just as professionally produced and well sung, not to mention always standing out for being so uniquely composed! It's just a shame I can't get Classic Fm to play your stuff hear in Britain! So thanks again for more great music, especially around this time of year, and awesome to hear about the Dickens project, we'll be looking forward to it.
Absolutely beautiful! Your Christmas playlist is my go-to every year, and this song is perfect. If I might humbly request a future addition: "What Child Is This" with the full lyrics (i.e. not treating "This, this is Christ the King" as a refrain). The full version is a beautiful song, and hardly anyone performs it. I believe you could really do this song the justice it deserves if you choose to perform it. God bless you, and may you have a holy and happy Advent and Christmas!
Love when you release new Christmas music each year! I'm not sure when or if you'll decide to do it but I would love to hear your rendition of O Holy Night, my absolute favorite Christmas song. I listen to your Christmas Medley every year to get the very ending with that song.
Thank you for putting the is o RUclips I have not heard this since middle school choir. I did not know the name to look it up until now. Thank you for this Christmas gift.
I may not be a religious man but still see good music as a miracle on it's own. Thank you for this and best of luck. Looking forward to "A Christmas Carol".
Beautifully done, leaving us greatly anticipating the first chapter of "A Christmas Carol" soon... what a needed boost amidst the unrelenting bombardment of the world! Thank you immensely, and May God abundantly bless your family. Extending you my deepest appreciation for all the gifts you have shared with the world over the years, spreading Untold Graces for those with Ears to Hear. And in thanksgiving for Our Lord & Our Lady this Advent & Christmas, as they continue to draw each one of us to them - may we respond generously with Courage, Confidence and Hope, knowing they await us & will assist us through the darkest nights - Spem Miram! O Wonderful Hope!🙏
I just watched A Christmas Carol for the first time literally 7 minutes ago with my girlfriend, and then I see this. The world is simulated, but all the better for it
I saw your song, I stopped what I did for listening. And even if I'm not specially fan of the religious songs, I liked this one. Thanks again for your devotion. ^^
Amazing! Your rendition of Adeste Fideles/O Come All Ye Faithful is both one of my favourite songs on this channel and Christmas songs. I also look forward to your audio drama of "A Christmas Carol". God Bless Us Everyone!
... my friggign brain... I was thinking of the blacksmith song so when you all sung "the miracle has just begun~" I immediately went THE MYTHRIL COFFEECAN IS NOW DOOOONE!!! ... now I want mythril kitchen utensils for christmas (;~;)
God Bless to all peoples and all creatures on Earth! We are all part of One Creation but more blessed are the flora and the fauna that was made before Man! Please love Nature and make it a beautiful place, this world indeed is not our home but our generations are not the only ones who live here, other generations will come even when we are no more. Let us not be selfish and prepare the world for the next generation to come and hoping that they will do the same for their successors. The Eldar are no more but their wisdom still wax on and sorrow still enrich it. Love, peace, compassionate and sympathetic empathy, care, humility.
But why not Christmas songs for Christmas, and advent songs for advent. We aren't even supposed to listen to Christmas songs during the penitential season of advent.
We hope you all have a very blessed Advent and Christmas season!

As happy as I am to see a release from you - come on, it's not even Advent yet, don't post Christmas tracks
crimbus time
So excited! It stands to reason that you would take on such a project.
I'm super excited for the audiobook!! Definitely working it into my homeschool over Advent. :)
Already waiting for it!
May I suggest for Christmas a rendition of Tolkien's Christmas poem, Noel?
I'll paste it below so people can judge:
_Grim was the world and grey last night:_
_The moon and stars were fled,_
_The hall was dark without song or light,_
_The fires were fallen dead._
_The wind in the trees was like to the sea,_
_And over the mountains' teeth_
_It whistled bitter-cold and free,_
_As a sword leapt from its sheath._
_The lord of snows upreared his head;_
_His mantle long and pale_
_Upon the bitter blast was spread_
_And hung o'er hill and dale._
_The world was blind,_
_the boughs were bent,_
_All ways and paths were wild:_
_Then the veil of cloud apart was rent,_
_And here was born a Child._
_The ancient dome of heaven sheer_
_Was pricked with distant light;_
_A star came shining white and clear_
_Alone above the night._
_In the dale of dark in that hour of birth_
_One voice on a sudden sang:_
_Then all the bells in Heaven and Earth_
_Together at midnight rang._
_Mary sang in this world below:_
_They heard her song arise_
_O’er mist and over mountain snow_
_To the walls of Paradise,_
_And the tongue of many bells was stirred_
_in Heaven's towers to ring_
_When the voice of mortal maid was heard,_
_That was mother of Heaven's King._
_Glad is the world and fair this night_
_With stars about its head,_
_And the hall is filled with laughter and light,_
_And fires are burning red._
_The bells of Paradise now ring_
_With bells of Christendom,_
_And Gloria, Gloria we will sing_
_That God on earth is come._
Very nice poem.
I'm pretty sure I've read this one before. But I definitely second the desire to hear it put to music! Wow!
I definitely want this
I'm all for it!!! It makes me want to do my own version!
YES!YES!YES!!!
Beautifully sung. God bless you and God bless you all.

That should tell you something! I hope you come out of your atheism and to traditional Catholicism
Phoenix, maybe there’s a deep Reason why… food for thought. God bless
@@nathanthebird4625It makes sense; pop songs are practically designed to be shallow in order to have broad market appeal

Look not for the Matrix, when Grace has been gifted.
Which version of "A Christmas Carol?" 1984, starring George C. Scott is my favorite.
@@AQuietVoice2022 The Disney one from 2009. Will certainly check out that as well since I absolutely loved it
This is nothing but the providence of God.
This shows up just as I was wishing for some new Worship songs from CdP.
Ask and ye shall receive. lol.
Wow !! Thank you 😊

Amazing 👏👏👏

Merry Christmas!
…And so, as Tiny Tim observed, God bless Us, Every One! 🎄
As a choir member, I *love* how traditionally choral this arrangement sounds! Although as a low bass, parts of this sound maybe a little painful. XD
Aah... they're back! 🙂🫠🎄✨️
Same reaction from me!!
Thats wonder song, I'd like hear Suo Gan in your version.
HOW IS THIS SONG NOT MORE POPULAR!?
Merry Christmas everybody!

a surprise to be sure, but a welcome one
Well, how about that. A Christmas carol I don't think I've ever heard before, nice!
👍
Merry early Christmas!!!
❤❤❤
Can we get a cover of the Muppets version next?
Also G.K. Chesterton's Christmas Poem?
A little bit early but nonetheless very good as always.
Best wishes from Germany.
