I've liked this band for years and still listen to them now and then. In my old band Sadistic Pain, we covered two of their songs Destroyer and Nightcrawler. Back in 96 or 97 I went to see Loudness and was surprised to see Masaki filling in on vocals and Hiro on drums. I didn't know they joined Loudness at that time. Anyway, It was really cool to see them.
Masaki the singer was in a Band, it was lame the guitar player Hiro was a sushi chef in New york City, ( i spoke to him on the phone once ) Not sure why they never reformed after he left Loudness.
When I heard that EZO was coming to town from the local rock station I got excited. Sadly, something happened and they were replace by some other band. I could have sworn the DJ said EZO was coming to town.
this was filmed at thier rehearsal site in Hoboken NJ. King Diamond had rehearsed in this exact room for a long time until he was evicted for not paying the rent. My friend used to watch them practice , who worked there. Gene did come there with closed doors to critique them.
