I love the making of videos for horror shorts. More than most other genres of shorts, horror shorts are going to have a number of special effects, sometimes in a film who's runtime is under 5 minutes. I find it fascinating to see how the effects (which are as good as any effects in a feature film) are done, on what I have to imagine is a very, very small budget. Not only do these films highlight great acting, writing, storytelling, and scares, but they show how creative and imaginative the filmmakers are in finding inexpensive ways to achieve the effects they want.
How do we keep good shorts like this funded? I’ve praised the Dormani family many times but seeing the hard work that is put into these films is inspiring.
Could y’all make a part 2 Of the Last Stop? I personally felt like there were a lot of cliffhangers and not a lot of context. Sorry if this is a bit too much but 1.) what happened to the lady? 2.) Why did she go down there in the first place 3.) who was the ghost 4.) what happened to the ghost 5.) why does the elevator look like it’s covered in blood 6.) why does the basement look abandoned I would absolutely love if you guys made a second part to this explaining things
First off, glad you’re invested enough to wonder !! Sadly, this is a stand alone short film, BUT - it’s inside the BHP Hollowstone Universe. We’re currently workshopping a continuation to the last stop that takes place in the hospital, and connects to this original piece.
Excellent work. I was just telling my friend how I've seen the progress from you guys from short after short. The only thing missing was what camera and lens used for this short. Can you provide?
My favorite part was the dead creature almost getting to the Elevator!! I was screaming "SHUT THE DOOR"!! 😳
GREAT FILM! ❤
You guys are killing it! Glad to hear we'll be getting even more behind the scenes stuff!

Thanks Terri! We really appreciate that you are able to see the hard work and dedication put into these shorts. Much more coming soon!
