So, tidbit- Burst items are usually better for this than Health items. Since Heal Up is a percentage heal and you can get items that heal above 30 Burst, you can get more healing mileage that way.

This is the Lullaby Route. The normal and "True" Routes have you able to recruit up to 16 Athenians.
