Kevin! Much and many thanks, Sensei. I haven’t had the chance to try it out; I’m sure I will have good results. I’ll let you know. See you out there. 73 de Bill
the nylon washer goes on the top side of the coax connector to isolate the driven element as you have it now the entire antenna is driven and the counter poise is isolated from the entire thing i own three of these great antennas thanks for the content looking foward to more
You are absolutely right! Thanks for stopping by, watching, and taking time to give me a pointer. I finally got up there and changed it. Continuity meter checks that reconfiguration thanks to your help did the trick. I hadn't started using it, but took down the copper j-pole and installed it right before going to Huntsville. I had misplaced the mounting bracket, so couldn't get going with installing it on the trailer until just now. It's up there now. See you out there. 73 de Bill
Thanks for stopping by! I’m looking forward to this antenna. I’m not using it mobile in a traditional way, but the size is very good for carrying. See you out there. 73 de Bill
Thank you! I appreciate you watching and jumping into the conversation. I am sure I will like this antenna. I have not had the chance to test it, but I trust Kevin, K7SW. I’ll let everyone know how I fare. See you out there. 73 de Bill
Hi! Thanks for watching. I appreciate it. As I mentioned in the video, the antenna is temporarily unavailable. Supply chain shortages still slow some things down. Keep checking the site, and email the site owner to find out about availability. See you out there. 73 de Bill
Excellent video Bill, glad the antenna is working for you.
