This is kinda foreshadowing of what rockstar would do in rdr2. They really improved on this dynamic in rdr2 of seeing the people building stuff in the town's and actually completing it overtime the same goes for the workers making the railroad tracks for the train to go through in the area and they actually completed that too with the train actually riding through the area. I hope the next gta have this same dynamic but on the same level as rdr2 where you could actually see people completing building's or houses which i hope rockstar brings back the feature of buying houses again just like in gta san andreas and red dead games because it was really a disappointment when that feature didn't return for gta 5. Gta 5 have so many nice houses and mansions inside the game and i saw a few mansions in the game i probably would've ended up buying too and they're are even realtor signs in the game showing like you could buy some of the house's. Gta 5 having restaurants and not being able to enter them to get food was another disappointment too so i hope all these things makes a comeback in gta 6.
